職責
高級經理(特別職務)的主要職責包括:–
(a) 就應對2019冠狀病毒病的策略和措施提供臨床和專業意見;
(b) 協助促進大灣區更緊密醫療聯繫和合作;
(c) 協助香港採用三甲醫院認證制度;
(d) 參與擴大“港澳藥械通”計劃;
(e) 參與規劃和進行護士培訓;及
(f) 就提高成本效益和維持醫療系統的可持續發展提供意見。

The main duties of Senior Manager (Special Duty) include –
(a) providing clinical input and professional advice on COVID-19 anti-epidemic strategies and measures;
(b) assisting in fostering closer healthcare connection and collaboration in the Greater Bay Area;
(c) assisting in the adoption of Grade 3A hospital accreditation system in Hong Kong;
(d) contributing to the expansion of the list of Hong Kong registered drugs and medical devices used in Hong Kong public hospitals in Greater Bay Area;
(e) contributing to the planning of and training for nurses; and
(f) providing inputs to improve the cost-efficiency and maintain sustainability of the healthcare system.

入職條件
申請人須:–
(a) 持有大學學位或同等學歷,尤以取得醫學資格為佳;
(b) 在取得資格後,具備至少十年全職管理及/或專業工作經驗;
(c) 具備健康管理/規劃經驗;
(d) 熟識香港及/或其他司法管轄區的公營醫療系統;
(e) 在推動服務檢討,發展新的護理模式和服務方面具備豐富經驗者獲優先考慮;及
(f) 具有出色領導才能,卓越溝通技巧,創新思維,並致力達到策略成果。

(a) a university degree or equivalent, preferably with medical qualification;
(b) at least 10 years of full-time post-qualification experience in management and/or professional roles;
(c) experience in health management/planning;
(d) sound knowledge of the public healthcare system in Hong Kong and/or other jurisdictions;
(e) solid experience in driving service reviews and development of new care models and services will be a definite advantage; and
(f) strong leadership qualities as well as excellent communication skills, and be innovative and committed to achieving strategic results.
