(a) To formulate implementation plans and take forward recommendations by the Task Force on Home-school Cooperation and Parent Education (Task Force), including but not limited to developing a curriculum framework on parent education, and planning a series of community-based, school-based and e-learning parent education programmes;
(b) To organise publicity events and produce relevant promotional materials for the Positive Parent Campaign;
(c) To plan promotion strategies and implement publicity measures to disseminate the key messages on parent education;
(d) To collaborate with other parties including various divisions/sections of the Education Bureau, other government departments, tertiary education institutes and non-government organisations to foster parent education;
(e) To plan and implement the parent education programmes for non-Chinese speaking parents; and
(f) Any assigned duties related to home-school co-operation and parent education.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note];
(d) At least 7 years' relevant post-degree working experience;
(e) Ability to work under pressure;
(f) Good interpersonal and organisational skills; and
(g) Experience in production of videos and/or multi-media programme or monitoring of video production (e.g. leading Campus TV in schools) preferred.
