職責
(1) 制訂香港郵票的市場推廣和銷售策略,以達到集郵品收入目標;
(2) 管理及開發各項訂製郵票產品及服務,並開拓郵票和集郵品的市場;
(3) 研究和推行數碼營銷計劃,包括網站優化、社交媒體策略,以及視頻廣告;
(4) 策劃並推行新郵票和集郵品的宣傳計劃,包括大眾媒體和非大眾媒體宣傳活動、參與內地、本地和海外郵展、與有關各方聯合宣傳,以及開拓其他銷售渠道;
(5) 協助制訂各項郵品及服務的發展策略,並策劃多元化的市場營銷方案,以達至業務指標並推動業績增長;
(6) 向社區和教育機構進一步推廣郵票和集郵品,策劃並舉行學校講座和校際比賽;
(7) 採取各種可行方法向市民大眾推廣集郵;
(8) 定期檢視和匯報最新的市場需求和其他郵政機關及代理的工作,以洞悉新營商趨勢和開拓商機;
(9) 評估財務表現、有效監管預算和執行合約管理,按月監察市場績效,以及在未達業務指標時提出相應的補救措施;以及
(10) 管理和帶領一支市場推廣隊伍,務求達到議定目標。

(9) 評估財務表現、有效監管預算和執行合約管理,按月監察市場績效,以及在未達業務指標時提出相應的補救措施;以及
(10) 管理和帶領一支市場推廣隊伍,務求達到議定目標。
(1) To formulate marketing and sales strategies for Hong Kong stamps to achieve philatelic revenue target;
(2) To manage and develop various customised stamp products and services, and to develop the market for stamps and philatelic products;
(3) To develop and implement digital marketing programmes which cover website optimisation, social media strategy and video advertising;
(4) To plan and implement promotion programmes for new stamp issues and philatelic products including the above and below-the-line promotion activities, participation in stamp exhibitions held in the Mainland, locally and overseas, joint promotion with the relevant parties and exploring other sales channels;
(5) To assist in the development of strategies for various products and services, and devise diverse marketing programmes to achieve the targeted business result and market growth;
(6) To expand the reach of stamps and philatelic products in the community and educational institutions, and to plan and organise school seminars and inter-school competitions;
(7) To promote philately to the general public by every possible means;
(8) To research and report regularly on market needs and other postal administrations’ and agencies’ activities for inspiring new business insights and leveraging opportunities;
(9) To evaluate the financial performance, monitor the budget and conduct contract management effectively, monitor performance measures on a monthly basis and initiate remedial action if targets are not being achieved; and
(10) To manage and lead a team of marketing staff to achieve the agreed targets.

入職條件
(1) 持有本港任何一所大學頒授的工商管理、市場學或相關學科的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後,累積不少於10年全職工作經驗,其中最少7年擔任與項目管理/銷售和市場推廣有關的管理職位;
(3) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前為「課程乙」)取得第3等級(2007年以前為「C級」)或以上成績,或同等成績;
(4) 具備極佳的口頭和書面溝通能力,並熟悉電腦操作;
(5) 具備卓越的領導能力和人際技巧;
(6) 具備商業頭腦,高瞻遠矚,力求創新,主動投入,並積極進取;
(7) 分析、獻策和演說能力超卓;以及
(8) 能夠出示項目管理/銷售和市場推廣方面的經驗證明,並且卓有成就。

(1) A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related disciplines from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification full time working experience, with at least 7 years in a management position related to project management or sales and marketing;
(3) Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in computer skills;
(5) Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills;
(6) Commercial mindset with foresight, innovation, proactiveness, and self-motivation;
(7) Excellent analytical, advisory and public speaking ability; and
(8) Proven project management/ sales and marketing track records and record of achievement.
