投資推廣署為香港特別行政區政府轄下部門,致力引進並保留外來直接投資。內地業務發展團隊與我們在內地主要城市的團隊合作,致力吸引內地投資者來港開設及拓展業務。
助理經理(內地業務發展)主要協助內地業務發展團隊,為在香港及內地籌辦的投資推廣活動及相關投資推廣工作提供行政及後勤支援,並協助團隊制定內地市場策略及推廣計劃。
要勝任以上職位,你須具備:
• 內地業務發展及與內地對口單位接洽方面的豐富經驗;
• 活動統籌的良好往績記錄,懂得操作網上活動平台更佳;
• 良好廣東話、英語及普通話溝通技巧;
• 良好中英文寫作能力;以及
• 積極進取的態度及敬業精神。
職責
(i) 為與政府部門、持份者及代表團出席的會議提供後勤支援,包括準備會議相關文件、設置會議場地、後勤安排的聯絡及起草會議記錄;
(ii) 為在香港及內地舉辦與內地相關的網上及實體推廣活動提供行政及後勤支援,包括提供活動前準備及現場後勤支援、準備活動預算、採購和處理費用報銷、準備活動後報告及評估活動的有效性,以及妥善保存所有與內地有關活動的紀錄;
(iii) 接待內地訪問團,以及為內地公司安排訪港行程;
(iv) 提供研究支援並協助更新演講材料;
(v) 為一般行政、物料供應及採購相關事宜提供支援;以及
(vi) 執行受指派的任何其他職務。

Invest Hong Kong is the department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government tasked to attract and retain foreign direct investments in Hong Kong. Working with our teams in key Mainland cities, the Mainland Business Development Team is dedicated to attracting Mainland investors to set up and expand their business in Hong Kong.
The key role of Assistant Manager, Mainland Business Development is to assist the team in providing administrative and logistic support to the investment promotion activities in Hong Kong and the Mainland as well as implementing strategies and promotional plans for the Mainland market.
You will need to demonstrate:
• proven experience in Mainland business development and in liaising with Mainland counterparts;
• sound track record in event management, preferably with the knowledge on the use of virtual event platforms;
• good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
• proficiency in Chinese and English writing; and
• a proactive attitude with strong work ethics.
Duties
(i) To provide logistic support to meetings with government departments, stakeholders and delegations, including preparing related documents for the meetings, setting of meeting venues, liaising on logistic arrangement and drafting meeting notes;
(ii) To provide administrative and logistic support to online and offline Mainland-related promotion activities in Hong Kong and the Mainland, including providing pre-event preparation and on-site logistic support, preparing budget, procurement and claims of expenses for the events, preparing post-event reports and evaluating the effectiveness of the events, and maintaining records for all Mainland-related events;
(iii) To receive delegations from the Mainland and arrange visit programmes for Mainland companies in Hong Kong;
(iv) To provide research support and assist in updating the presentation materials;
(v) To provide support in general administrative, supplies and procurement matters; and
(vi) To perform other ad hoc duties as required.

(b) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c));
(d) 中英文書面溝通技巧卓越,亦須操流利英語、廣東話及普通話。通曉其他語言更佳;以及
(e) 熟悉中文和英文文書處理,以及Microsoft Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint軟件。

(a) A minimum of two years of relevant full-time work experience gained in Mainland business development, event management or stakeholder engagement with Mainland counterparts;
(b) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(c) Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c));
(d) Excellent English and Chinese written communication skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must. Knowledge of other language(s) would be an advantage; and
(e) Proficient in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
