職責
終審法院首席法官官邸合約總管事主要負責：
(a) 終審法院首席法官官邸（官邸）的日常運作；
(b) 管理和督導官邸的家務人員；
(c) 管理及執行官邸的家居事務，包括清潔及打掃室內外位置、傢俱、家居物品及器皿，及洗熨等；
(d) 在官邸及其他地方舉行的節目和活動執行相關工作，包括籌備場地及餐飲款待賓客；
(e) 為家居物品及陳設安排保養、盤存、維修和更換；及
(f) 執行由上級指派有關家居的工作。
終審法院首席法官官邸合約總管事須穿著制服及不定時和逾時工作，包括在晚間、週末和公眾假期工作。如有需要，他／她或須在位於山頂的官邸留宿和於惡劣天氣下工作，官邸所處地點可乘搭公共交通工具前往。

A Contract Chief Steward in the Chief Justice’s Residence is mainly deployed on -
(a) running of the Chief Justice’s Residence (“the Residence”);
(b) managing and supervising the work of domestic staff in the Residence;
(c) managing and undertaking domestic work in the Residence, including cleaning and tidying-up indoor and outdoor areas, furniture, household articles and wares, laundry and ironing, etc.;
(d) undertaking work in relation to events and functions held in or outside the Residence, including preparation of venue and serving of food and beverage to guests;
(e) arranging maintenance, stock-taking, repairing and replacement of household items and furnishings; and
(f) performing other domestic related duties assigned by senior officers.
A Contract Chief Steward in the Chief Justice’s Residence is required to wear uniform, and to work irregular hours and overtime including evenings, weekends and public holidays. He / She may also be required to stay overnight in the Residence located at the Peak and work in times of inclement weather, if necessary. The Residence is accessible by public transport.

(2) 申請人須通過技能測驗。

Candidates should –
(a) have at least nine years’ experience, of which at least five years in supervisory role, in –
(i) providing domestic service in a large household; or
(ii) serving guests or providing food and beverage service in a large household or establishment (e.g. clubs, hotels, airlines, lounges, event management / concierge companies, or high-end restaurants);
(b) be able to communicate in fluent Cantonese, simple English and simple Putonghua, and read and write Chinese and simple English; and
(c) have the ability of basic computer word processing.
Remarks:
(1) Work experience required should be obtained on or before the closing date for application.
(2) Candidates are required to pass a trade test.
