職責
經理(設施管理)的主要職責包括:
(a) 監督承辦商對紀律部隊人員體育及康樂會(會所)的運作及管理;
(b) 協助進行招標以營運和管理會所;
(c) 協調及跟進會所的改善工程;
(d) 協助審核維修和保養會所設施的建議;
(e) 確保包括會所承辦商員工在內的人員有能力履行職責,並在需要時安排簡報/培訓;
(f) 就於會所舉辦的大型體育和康樂活動與其他部門協調;以及
(g) 履行其他被指派的工作。

Main duties of the Manager (Facility Management) are:
(a) To oversee the contractors on the operations and management of the Disciplined Services Sports and Recreation Club (DSSRC);
(b) To assist in the tender exercises of the operation and management of DSSRC;
(c) To coordinate and follow up the improvement works of DSSRC;
(d) To assist in vetting proposals for repair and maintenance of facilities in DSSRC;
(e) To ensure that the staff including Contractor staff of DSSRC are competent in carrying out their duties and arranging necessary briefing / training as and when required;
(f) To co-ordinate with other departments for the purpose of holding large-scale sports and recreational events/activities in DSSRC; and
(g) To perform any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
申請人必須:
(a) 持有本港頒授的認可物業管理/設施管理高級文憑/專業文憑/學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 取得上述學歷資格後,累積不少於6年有關房屋/物業/設施/會所管理的工作經驗,如取得香港房屋經理學會、香港測量師學會物業設施管理組或香港設施管理學會的會員資格更佳;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[註]或以上成績,或具同等成績;
(d) 具備良好的會話和書寫溝通能力,並熟悉電腦操作;
(e) 具備良好的組織、分析、人際及項目策劃/項目管理技巧;
(f) 能獨立工作及按時完成指派工作;以及
(g) 具備於政府的房屋/物業/設施/會所管理/採購的工作經驗者,可獲優先考慮。

Candidates should:
(a) have a recognised Hong Kong Higher Diploma/Professional Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Property Management/Facilities Management, or equivalent;
(b) have at least 6 years’ post-qualification full-time working experience in housing/property/facilities/clubhouse management, and preferably be a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH), the Property and Facility Management Division of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) or the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management (HKIFM);
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(d) have good verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in computer usage;
(e) have good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills;
(f) be able to work independently and with strong commitment to accomplish tasks on schedule; and
(g) preference will be given to candidates with working experience of housing/property/facilities/clubhouse management/procurement in the Government.

政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
