職責
(a) 協助制定及執行宣傳計劃,以推廣及宣傳民政總署及18區民政事務處(民政處)的計劃和活動;
(b) 收集18區民政處活動計劃詳情、撰寫及編輯帖文(包括拍攝及編輯相片和短片);監察社交平台與民政總署相關帖文,並適當加以轉載;
(c) 管理民政總署社交平台運作及評估成效,以接觸更多市民及與地區組織維繫良好關係;
(d) 督導下屬協助執行以上工作;以及執行其他由上級指派的工作。
(註:獲取錄的申請人須不定時工作,主要於平日下午╱晚間、星期六、日及公眾假期工作,亦或需外出工作。工作時間視乎部門運作需要而定,逾時工作可獲安排補假。)

(b) To collate returns from 18 DOs on their events and prepare and edit contents for posting on social media (including photo and video shooting and editing), and monitor and share posts relating to HAD on social media as appropriate;
(c) To manage social media platforms for HAD and evaluate the effectiveness of digital campaigns with a view to reaching more people and to maintaining a good relationship with local community groups; and
(d) To supervise a subordinate to implement the above duties and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
[Remarks: Successful candidate appointed is required to work irregular hours, mainly on weekday afternoons/evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The candidate may also need to work outdoor. The working hours may depend on the department’s actual operational needs. Compensation leave will be arranged for overtime work.]

(e) 熟悉製作及設計社交媒體帖文內容、精通應用軟件(如Illustrator、Photoshop、After Effects及Premiere Pro),以及熟悉相片拍攝和編輯、圖像設計及影片拍攝和編輯的各項技巧[見註3];
(f) 具備策劃和項目管理技巧及獨立工作能力;
(g) 具備社會時事觸覺;
(h) 能夠書寫流暢中英文和能操流利粵語及英語[見註3];以及

Applicants should have –
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent, preferably in Creative Media, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related discipline;
(b) (i) at least 5 years’ full-time post qualification work experience in corporate communications, public relations, media, advertising, digital or social media marketing, with at least 3 years’ full-time experience in social media promotion (including managing social media platforms and copywriting) (Note 1). Preference will be given to applicants with work experience in the Government or public sector;
(ii) excellent knowledge of using mobile applications and interactive/digital/social media platforms for marketing and promotions;
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese (“UC”) and Use of English (“UE”)) in the Common Recruitment Examination (“CRE”) (or equivalent results) (Note 2);
(d) been proficient in various computer software applications, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and their advertising platforms, preferably familiar with Chinese social media platforms, including WeChat, Weibo and Little Red Book;
(e) good knowledge and skills in creating and designing social media content, and proficiency in software applications (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro), and also good knowledge and skills in photo shooting and editing, graphic design as well as video shooting and editing (Note 3);
(f) planning and project management skills and the capacity to work independently;
(g) strong sense of social and current affairs;
(h) excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English (Note 3); and
(i) excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

(1) 申請人須在申請表(通用表格第340號(3/2013修訂版))的「截至目前為止的全部就業詳情」部分詳列有關企業傳訊、公共關係、傳媒、廣告、網頁管理或社交媒體市場推廣的工作經驗,並必須另外提交證明文件及履歷表。申請人如未能提供文件證明所列的工作經驗,有關的工作經驗將不獲考慮。
(2) 政府在聘任人員時,香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (“GCE A Level”) English Language科C級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。
