職責
協助人事和一般行政工作,包括製作每月報表、更新人員名單及為招聘工作提供後勤支援。
To assist in providing support in personnel and general administrative matters, including preparing monthly reports, updating pool lists and providing logistics support for recruitment exercises.
入職條件
申請人必須 (i) 為修讀商業/人力資源管理/管理及相關科目學士課程的全日制專上院校學生;(ii) 擅於操作電腦,例如微軟Word、Excel及中文文書處理;(iii) 對辦公室運作有基本認識;及 (iv) 對香港《僱傭條例》或相關法例有認識將獲優先考慮。
Candidates should be (i) full-time post-secondary students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business / Human Resources Management / Management & related studies; (ii) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing; (iii) Basic knowledge of office practices; and (iv) Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance or related legislations will be an advantage.
