(a) To manage and co-ordinate all information and matters relating to education and training for the 'GovHK' and Education Bureau (EDB) websites; (b) To facilitate and co-ordinate relevant contents redevelopment and provide support for meetings of both websites; (c) To provide support for maintenance of user accounts of office / school systems for EDB; and (d) To perform other duties relating to the day-to-day operation of the Office Systems Support Section of EDB.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent; (b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note]; (c) Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English languages; (d) Good knowledge and experience in using computer software for word processing, power point presentation, computation, database and information management. Some knowledge in web authoring software is an advantage; (e) Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills; and (f) At least 2 years' full-time post-degree working experience in administration, preferably in government departments / educational organizations. Experience in administering web / social media site for organizations and proofreading, sub-editing and writing headlines for feature articles is also an advantage.
