獲取錄者主要負責(a)監察合約管理系統；(b)進行實地巡查，以防工人受到剝削；(c)提供意見以助解決合約糾紛；(d)就立法會的提問、公眾查詢和各方投訴，協助蒐集草擬答覆所需的資料；(e)負責內部及與其他政府部門及／或承辦商之間的聯絡工作；(f)協助審核或檢討標書／合約的條款及條件和標準評分制度；以及(g)檢討和草擬有關採購和招標事宜的部門指引及通告。
職責
The successful candidates will be mainly responsible for
- (a)overseeing the contract management system;
- (b)conducting site surveys to deter labour exploitation;
- (c)offering advice to help resolve contract disputes;
- (d)assisting in researching for drafting replies to the Legislative Council and public enquiries and complaints from various quarters;
- (e)undertaking liaison duties internally and with other government departments and/or contractors;
- (f)assisting in the vetting or review of tender/contract terms and conditions and standard marking schemes; and
- (g)reviewing and drafting departmental guidelines and circulars related to procurement and tender matters.
入職條件
申請人須(a)持有本港大學學位，或具同等學歷；(b)具備十五年或以上行政方面的全職工作經驗，其中至少五年擔任高層管理職位，曾於政府部門或公營機構擔任相關工作者將獲優先考慮；(c)具備至少五年處理採購事宜的工作經驗；(d)能操流利英、粵語；(e)於香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績（見附註1）；(f)具卓越的分析（尤其是數據分析）能力；以及(g)精通電腦應用程式。具備有關招標工作的知識及經驗者，可獲優先考慮。
Candidates should
- (a)have a degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
- (b)have at least 15 years’ full-time working experience in administration, of which a minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial position, preferably in relevant field working in government departments or public organisations;
- (c)have at least 5 years’ relevant working experience in handling procurement issues;
- (d)be proficient in spoken English and Cantonese;
- (e)have attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note 1);
- (f)possess excellent analytical ability especially in data analysis; and
- (g)be conversant with computer applications. Having knowledge and experience in handling tender-related issues will be an advantage.

- (1)政府在聘任非公務員僱員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）E級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級的成績。
