• (a)to conduct legal research on intellectual property issues;
• (b)to conduct comparative analysis on the legal position in different jurisdictions on such issues;
• (c)to write up reports based on the research findings and analysis;
• (d)to assist in replying to oral and written public enquiries;
• (e)to assist in the conduct of large-scale promotion campaign; and
• (f)to perform other duties as required by the Department.

Candidates should -

• (a)have a bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
• (b)have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)

• (c)have good research skills, including the use of online resources; and
• (d)have good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
