職責
為查詢中心提供行政及營運支援、更新電腦系統記錄和擬備報告。須外勤工作,或須輪班和不定時工作,亦須在天氣惡劣(如颱風及黑色暴雨)期間工作。主要工作地點:油麻地及荃灣。
To provide the call centre with administrative and operational support services, update computer system record and draft report. Required to work outdoor. May also be required to work on shifts, irregular hours and inclement weather (such as during typhoon and black rainstorm). Main Working Location: Yaumatei and Tsuen Wan.
入職條件
(a)在香港中學會考考獲五科及格,包括中國語文科及英國語文科成績達到第二等級,或同等學歷(註);(b)具備至少一年或以上全職的行政支援工作經驗;(c)熟悉電腦運用(包括:MS Word、Excel等);(d)良好顧客服務技巧;以及(e)中、英文打字技巧純熟(中文:最少15wpm,英文:最少20wpm),申請人需接受打字測試。
(a) 5 passes, including Chinese Language and English Language at Level 2 in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, 'Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 2' in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE); (b) at least 1 year or above in administrative support full time working experience; (c) Familiar with PC applications (including MS Word, Excel, etc.); (d) Good customer service skill and (e) Good Chinese, English typing skill (min.: Chi 15 wpm, Eng 20 wpm), applicant will be invited to attend a typing test.

政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時,過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級的成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科'第2等級'的成績。
