負責(i)詳細策劃和開發數碼廣播系統，包括數碼電視及電台製作、後期製作和傳送系統；(ii)研究有關數碼廣播技術和製作的操作流程；(iii)就新廣播技術進行評估；(iv)就開發工程項目協調內部及外間組織；(v)擬備及評估工程相關的標書；(vi)執行工程項目並監督外間承辦商；及(vii)整理工程數據和報告。
職責
- (i)to carry out detailed planning and development for digital broadcast systems, covering TV and Radio production, post-production and transmission systems;
- (ii)to conduct workflow studies in relation to digital broadcast technical and production operations;
- (iii)to evaluate new broadcast technologies;
- (iv)to coordinate with internal and external bodies;
- (v)to prepare and evaluate engineering-related tenders;
- (vi)to implement engineering projects and to supervise external contractors; and
- (vii)to compile engineering data and reports.

- (ii)持有認可高級文憑／副學士學位，以主修電子／電訊或電腦學科為佳，或具同等學歷，並具六年實際處理相關工作的經驗，並專長於上文第
- (a)
- (i)段列出的其中兩項或以上範疇；或
- (iii)持有認可文憑／高級證書，以主修電子／電訊或電腦學科為佳，或具同等學歷，並具七年實際處理相關工作的經驗，並專長於上文第

- (b)在香港中學會考／香港中學文憑考試英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具同等學歷[參閱註(1)]。
申請人如 -
- (i)擅長策劃廣播工程項目、技術監督及成本計算；
- (ii)對尖端廣播技術有深入認識，包括高清電視、無磁帶製作、數碼新聞廣播、廣播網絡等及其應用；及／或
- (iii)具有資訊科技方面的額外資歷
則更為理想。
Candidates should have -
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Degree, preferably in electronics/telecommunication or computer, or equivalent; and 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in the planning and development of TV / radio broadcast engineering projects, specializing in two or more of the following fields:
- (a)Broadcast based IT Network and System;
- (b)Streaming Technology;
- (c)Media Asset Management System;
- (d)Digital Video/Audio Broadcast;
- (e)Engineering Strategic Planning;
- (f)System Development and Integration;
- (g)Digital Playout System; OR
- (ii)an accredited Higher Diploma/Associate Degree, preferably in electronics/telecommunication or computer, or equivalent; and 6 years of relevant hands-on experience, specializing in two or more fields as stated in
- (a)
- (i)above; OR
- (iii)a Diploma / Higher Certificate, preferably in electronics/telecommunication or computer, or equivalent; and 7 years of relevant hands-on experience, specializing in two or more fields as stated in
- (a)
- (i)above;
- (b)Level 2 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent [See Note (1)].
Candidates who -
- (i)are strong at broadcast project planning, technical performance monitoring and cost modeling;
- (ii)possess good understanding of the latest broadcast technologies including HDTV, Tapeless Production, Digital Newsroom, Broadcast Networks and their applications; and/or
- (iii)possess additional qualifications in information technologies
will have an advantage.
