職責
(a) 協助管理有關非公務員服務合約計劃及退休後服務合約計劃的招聘及聘用事宜;
(b) 協助為非公務員服務合約計劃及退休後服務合約計劃的聘用事宜提供建議及處理相關的查詢/投訴;
(c) 監督招聘及面試的統籌及後勤工作,保存聘用相關事宜的記錄和資料庫;處理各項有關聘用及晉升事宜的統計表;
(d) 協助核對及編制有關晉升選拔工作的資料及文件;
(e) 監督團隊履行上述職責;以及
(f) 執行上司指派的職務。

(a) to assist in managing the recruitment and appointment matters in respect of the staff employed under Non-Civil Service Contract Scheme (NCSC) and Post-retirement Service Contract Scheme (PRSC);
(b) to assist in providing advices and handling enquiries/complaints in relation to the NCSC/PRSC appointments;
(c) to oversee the coordination work and logistics in conducting recruitment exercises, maintenance of record and database for appointment matters; handling various statistical returns in relation to the appointment and promotion matters;
(d) to assist in data checking and compilation of documents in relation to promotion exercises;
(e) to supervise the team in performing the above duties; and
(f) to perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

入職條件
申請人須-
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 在取得學位後具有最少六年全職工作經驗,在政府及/或公營機構從事管理/行政職位佔優,其中至少三年在政府及/或公營機構從事與聘用及招聘相關的全職工作經驗;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3等級(註)或以上成績,或具同等成績(註:2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級的成績);
(d) 具備良好的中英文口語及寫作能力;以及
(e) 熟悉電腦應用軟件包括中英文輸入法,試算表及多媒體簡報。

Applicants should have: –
(a) a degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) minimum six years’ full-time post-qualifications working experience, preferably in managerial / executive position in Government departments and/or public sector, among which, at least three years’ experience in appointments and recruitment matters in the Government and/or public sector;
(c) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
(Note: ‘Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
(d) good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
(e) proficiency in using computer software applications including Chinese and English Word Processing, Excel and PowerPoint.
