(a) 就環境學院的運作提供督導支援;
(b) 處理培訓行政工作;
(c) 分析環保署各科別及各組別員工的培訓和發展需要;
(d) 制訂策略以進一步發展員工專業知識和能力;
(e) 為在職及新入職同事在專業、法律、入職培訓、管理和溝通等,提供課程策劃、設計、推動及宣傳;
(f) 制定有關評估培訓項目管理、導師表現、演講簡報及教材內容的政策;
(g) 就培訓事宜與各持份者聯絡;
(h) 為合作備忘錄下的交流活動提供支援;
(i) 為培訓和研討會擔任司儀;以及
(j) 執行上司指派的其他職務。
其他相關的工作要求:工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲取錄者或需(a)不定時及超時工作,包括晚上、周末、周日和公眾假期;以及(b)根據主管的要求不時在戶外工作。

(b) To manage administrative works on training;
(c) To identify training and development needs for staff in various divisions and streams in the Environmental Protection Department;
(d) To formulate strategies for further development of professional knowledges and competences of all staff;
(e) To plan, design, organize and publicize training programmes on vocational, legal, induction, management and communications, etc. for serving and newly joined colleagues;
(f) To formulate policies in evaluating training management, performance of trainers, presentation contents and materials;
(g) To liaise with various stakeholders on training matters;
(h) To provide support in coordination of visits under Memorandum of Understanding (MOU);
(i) To act as Master of Ceremonies (MC) for training and seminars; and
(j) To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Other Job-related Requirements: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. The successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends, Sundays and public holidays; and (b) work occasionally outdoors as required by supervisors.

Applicants should have: –
(a) a bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) 10 years’ post-qualification full-time experience in relevant administrative/ management/ training, preferably in work related to training within the government (including training on professional knowledge areas, management, human resource management, language, or communication, etc.);
(c) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: Grade C in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
(d) have good written skills in Chinese and English;
(e) proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua;
(f) have strong communication, organisational and presentation skills; and
(g) proficiency in the use of computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
