投資推廣署現正物色充滿熱忱、以結果為本的優秀活動統籌專才,加入香港的環球家族辦公室團隊,擔任高級副總裁(持份者參與、項目及推廣活動管理)家族辦公室一職。你須發揮卓越的活動及製作管理、項目管理、組織及關係管理能力,與主要持份者合作,在香港、內地及海外開展及舉辦年度旗艦活動、一系列高級別活動及客戶推廣活動,從而幫助推動香港成為世界各地家族辦公室的首選目的地。如果你希望為香港成為全球領先的家族辦公室樞紐出一分力,擔任此職位可讓你協助對外宣傳香港的故事,從而吸引海外及內地的家族辦公室來港設立及拓展業務,並實現此項由行政長官在2022年施政報告內提出的重要政策。

InvestHK is looking for a passionate, high-calibre, result-oriented events professional to join the Global Family Office Team in Hong Kong as Senior Vice President (Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Promotion Activities) FO. In this exciting new role, you will need to deploy your superb event and production management, project management, organisation, and relationship management skills to make an impact in collaborating with key stakeholders in developing and producing the annual flagship event, a series of high level events and client promotion outreach activities in HK, in the Mainland and overseas to help promote the city as a preferred destination of choice for family offices (“FOs”) from around the world. If you are driven to help make HK a leading global hub for FOs, a key policy in the Chief Executive’s 2022 Policy Address, this role represents a unique opportunity to promote the HK story to help attract FOs from overseas and the Mainland to set up and expand their presence in HK. Reporting to the Global Head, Family Office, you will be responsible to contribute to your team’s overall KPIs and objectives. You will work closely with other FO Team members in HK, in the Mainland and overseas and collaborate with and leverage other sector teams at InvestHK Headquarters, as well as our global network in 33 cities around the world.
You will need to demonstrate:
(a) Solid experience, knowledge and track record in organising and leading in the development and production of a flagship event and other high profile events (both physical and online events) in HK, in the Mainland and overseas;
(b) Excellent project management and organisation skills, strong business and marketing acumen to forge, develop and manage effective collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders in co-organising events; identifying, negotiating, planning and executing sponsored events;
(c) Strong ability to translate business priorities for FamilyOfficeHK into the development and execution of investment promotion outreach programmes that appeal to our target audiences globally;
(d) Proven track record in working with event companies, production houses and vendors to deliver effective events and outreach promotion programmes in HK, in the Mainland and overseas;
(e) A good command of English and Chinese and proven ability to work in a cross-cultural environment; and
(f) Knowledge of HK’s business environment and the FO ecosystem.
Duties
(a) To develop and produce the annual “Wealth for Good in Hong Kong” flagship event and a series of high profile events in Hong Kong, in the Mainland and in key target markets overseas to attract FOs from around the world to Hong Kong;
(b) To formulate and implement a global investment promotion client outreach programme in key target markets in view of generating interest from FOs and new leads;
(c) To identify, build, deepen, engage and manage a strong relationship with relevant key stakeholders;
(d) To plan and execute co-organise events with key relevant stakeholders and partners and sponsor FO-related events in Hong Kong, in the Mainland and overseas to create awareness for FamilyOfficeHK and generate leads;
(e) To develop a follow-up mechanism with new leads and contacts generated at all FamilyOfficeHK organised, co-organised and sponsored events and connect them to the team;
(f) To identify, oversee and work with external agencies, including event organisers, event management, production houses and vendors to deliver effective global outreach campaigns;
(g) To provide and update the content of all events, organised, co-organised and sponsored by FamilyOfficeHK to the marketing and public relations teams and key stakeholders to help promote the events and to boost their visibility to our target audience;
(h) To help build and manage guest lists, speakers and other key stakeholders for FamilyOfficeHK events in Hong Kong, in the Mainland and overseas; and
(i) To help manage the events budget, perform related administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as requested.

(a) A Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; a post-graduate degree holder in communications, marketing, business-related disciplines or holder of professional qualifications would have an advantage;
(b) Minimum six years of relevant full-time work experience gained in event management, project management or marketing in relevant fields. Previous experience and project management in the financial services industries would be an advantage;
(c) Knowledge and experience of working with agencies and contractors on event development and execution; and
(d) A good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
