職責
(a) 為以青年為本的流動應用程式籌劃、推行和監察其持續開發及優化工作;
(b) 與不同持份者緊密合作,把其用戶業務要求轉化為切實可行的系統開發建議/解決方案;
(c) 與外部承辦商緊密合作並監察其表現,以及監督內部團隊的流動應用程式功能開發和設計工作,使之與政府目標一致;
(d) 與其他政策局/部門、公私營界別及/或其他外界伙伴探求合作機會,並建立策略伙伴關係;
(e) 為以青年為本的流動應用程式籌劃和推行宣傳推廣策略,並為該流動應用程式招攬用戶和維持公眾認知度;
(f) 因應開發、維護並優化該流動應用程式及其內容與宣傳工作的需要,制訂並管控相關項目計劃、時間表和預算;以及
(g) 執行上級指派的其他職務,包括監督下屬工作和在正常辦公時間以外工作。

(a) To plan, execute and monitor the on-going development and enhancement of a youth-centric mobile application;
(b) To work closely with different stakeholders and translate their business user requirements into practical system development proposals/solutions;
(c) To work closely with external contractors and monitor their performance, and provide supervision to the internal team in the mobile application’s functionalities and design, ensuring alignment with government objectives;
(d) To identify collaboration opportunities and cultivate strategic partnerships with other bureaux/departments, private and public sectors and/or other external partners;
(e) To plan and execute the publicity and promotion strategies of the youth-centric mobile application, recruitment of application users and generation of on-going public awareness;
(f) To develop and control project plans, timelines and budgets in relation to the development, maintenance and enhancement of the mobile application as well as related content and publicity; and
(g) To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers, including supervising the work of subordinates and working outside normal office hours.

(b) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科均考獲第3級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[註(1)];
(c) 在取得上述學歷後,具備至少8年數碼項目管理的全職工作經驗(於大型機構或跨國企業的工作經驗更佳),當中至少有3年擔任管理層職位;
(d) 在領導數碼轉型項目方面往績良好,具備管理流動應用程式的專業知識,並精通項目管理方法;
(e) 必須具備管理策略性會員計劃或數碼市場推廣的經驗;
(f) 善於解決問題,了解青年思維方式,並能掌握本港18至35歲青年的潮流和溝通模式及渠道;
(g) 在急速的工作節奏下仍能獨立工作;
(h) 能同時兼顧不同任務和在工作上無懼壓力或不確定情況;以及
(i) 協調能力與人際溝通技巧超卓,中英語文講寫能力俱佳;懂普通話者佔優。

Candidates should have / should be –
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note (1)];
(c) a minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification full-time work experience in digital project management (preferably in sizeable organisations or multi-national corporations), including at least 3 years of work experience at managerial level;
(d) a proven track record in spearheading digital transformation project(s) with solid knowledge in managing mobile application and strong understanding of project management methodologies;
(e) experience in management of strategic membership programme or digital marketing is a must;
(f) a problem-solver with a youthful mindset and an understanding of the trends as well as forms and channels of communication among youth aged 18 to 35 in Hong Kong;
(g) able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
(h) able to multi-task and work under pressure or ambiguity; and
(i) excellent co-ordination, interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage.
