職責
(a) 為學校提供有關小學英語識字計劃的支援;
(b) 協助籌劃和協調計劃小組的工作,以促進課程和教學創新及推動「以英語為母語的英語教師」(「英語教師」)計劃的發展,包括運用資訊科技協助發展學生的讀寫和批判識讀能力、推廣閱讀、使用多元文本、結合科技與語文教學及發展網上課程;
(c) 協助拓展和推廣外籍英語教師組的電子平台,作為推廣與「英語教師」計劃及外籍英語教師組相關服務的資訊和教學資源的重要渠道;
(d) 為教師及參與計劃的學校舉辦不同主題的專業發展工作坊,包括電子學習、評估素養、學習多樣性和讀寫教學,以支援「英語教師」計劃和英國語文教育學習領域課程指引(小一至中六)(2017)的推行;以及
(e) 執行被委派的其他職務。

(a) To provide school support for literacy programme implementation;
(b) To assist in planning and coordinating project team work on promoting curriculum and pedagogical innovation to drive the Native-speaking English Teacher (NET) Scheme forward, including the use of technology to support students' literacy development, the promotion of reading, the promotion of multimodal and critical literacy, the integration of technology with language instruction and the development of online courses;
(c) To assist in the ongoing development and promotion of the NET Scheme e-platform as a key tool to disseminate information and resources relating to the NET Scheme and the NET Section's services;
(d) To conduct professional development workshops for teachers on a range of topics, including e-learning, assessment literacy, catering for learner diversity and literacy instruction, as well as cluster meetings for project schools, to support the implementation of the NET Scheme and the English Language Education Key Learning Area Curriculum Guide (P1-S6) (2017); and
(e) To perform any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷,主修英國語文、英語研究、英國文學、英國語文教育、語言學、現代語言或翻譯者優先[見註(i)];
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書或教授英語作為外語或第二語言的碩士學位,或具備同等學歷[見註(i)];
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[見註(ii)];
(d) 在取得上述(a)的學歷後,具備不少於6年小學英國語文科教學經驗[見註(iii)];
(e) 具備發展及推行小學英語識字計劃的經驗者優先[見註(iii)];
(f) 具備在本地學校為本地英文科教師及「英語教師」策劃及籌辦敎師專業發展活動的經驗者優先[見註(iii)];
(g) 具備教育課程發展項目經驗者優先[見註(iii)];
(h) 擁有良好英語的會話及書寫能力;
(i) 具備與他人合作及在壓力下工作的良好能力;

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent, majoring in English Language, English Studies, English Literature, English Language Education, Linguistics, Modern Languages or Translation preferred [See Note(i)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution or a master's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language/Teaching English as a Second Language (TEFL/TESL), or equivalent [See Note(i)];
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note(ii)];
(d) At least 6 years of post-degree [as specified in (a)] experience in teaching English at the primary level [See Note (iii)];
(e) Experience in developing and implementing literacy programmes suitable for primary students in Hong Kong preferred [See Note (iii)];
(f) Experience in designing and conducting professional development programmes for English teachers, including Native-speaking English Teachers (NETs) and Local English Teachers (LETs), in local schools preferred [See Note (iii)];
(g) Experience in curriculum development projects preferred [See Note (iii)];
(h) Good spoken and written English;
(i) Strong ability to work with others and under pressure;
(j) A sound knowledge of using technology to support language learning and teaching;
(k) Good consultancy skills; and
(l) Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
