職責
(a)協助有關應用學習於職業專才教育的項目,並為相關委員會提供秘書支援;
(b)與質素保證機構及大專院校緊密合作,以協調有關應用學習認證文件的準備及整合工作;
(c)統籌有關提供課程的研究及行政工作,並確認有關課程發展的範疇;以及
(d)執行其他被委派的職務。

(a) To assist in the project on the role of Applied Learning in vocational and professional education, providing secretarial support to related committees;
(b) To coordinate the preparation and compilation of documentation on recognition of Applied Learning, working closely with the quality assurance agencies and tertiary institutions;
(c) To coordinate the research and administrative support related to course provision, identifying areas for course development; and
(d) To undertake any other duties assigned.

入職條件
(a)持有本港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績[參閱註(i)],或具備同等成績;
(c)在取得上述(a)的學歷後,具備最少 6 年有關職業專才教育或應用學習的工作經驗,包括項目管理、教育及培訓、與質素保證機構及/或大專院校聯系;
(d)具備更高學歷或專業資格者優先[參閱註(ii)];
(e)具備統籌有關高中職業專才教育項目的經驗,並對職業專才教育的現行發展有所認識者優先[參閱註(iii)];
(f)具備良好分析、解難及組能力;
(g)能以中英文口語及寫作與人有效溝通;
(h)能在團隊中成為良好的領袖及隊員;以及
(i)以客為本及目標為本。

(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (i)];
(c) At least 6 years' post-degree experience with a portfolio of experience in projects related to vocational and professional education or applied learning, including project management, education and training, liaison with quality assurance agencies and/or tertiary institutions;
(d) Candidates with a related higher degree or professional qualification preferred [See Note (ii)];
(e) Candidates with experience in coordinating projects related to vocational and professional education at senior secondary level and awareness of current trends in vocational and professional education preferred [See Note (iii)];
(f) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be well organised;
(g) Communicate effectively with people at different levels, orally and in written form; in both English and Chinese;
(h) Good team worker, both as leader and teammate; and
(i) Customer-oriented and result-oriented.

入職條件(註)
(i)政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級的成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級的成績。
(ii)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目的碩士或博士學位),亦須一併在申請表上列明。
