• (1)Assist in the formation of Mutual Aid Committee/Owners' Corporation and other related matters; <br>
• (2)Assist in organising district-based activities and promoting participation of community involvement activities; <br>
• (3)Assist in preparation of meetings and perform general clerical duties; <br>
• (4)Assist District Office staff in handling matters relating to building management; <br>
• (5)Assist in conducting researches; and <br>
• (6)Perform any other suitable duties assigned by the District Office. <br> <br>Major working district: Tai Po District <br> <br>Working Hours: No fixed working hours. May be required to work outdoor and outside normal office hours (including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and at nights) subject to operational needs.

Applicants should have: <br>

• (a)
  • (i)Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or <br>
• (a)
  • (ii)Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and <br>
• (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.; and <br>
• (c)proficient in Chinese and English word processing; and <br>
• (d)able to speak fluent Cantonese and write in Chinese and English. <br> <br>Preference may be given to candidates who have relevant working experience.
