職責
投資推廣署現正物色積極及充滿活力的在學學生,加入本署成爲暑期實習生。你將調派到不同團隊工作,爲本署各行業及其業務提供全方位支援。
職責
暑期實習生會被調派到不同的團隊擔任相關工作 –
行業專家組和環球業務組︰
(a) 協助整理有關商機、政府政策及基建等方面的資料;
(b) 爲研究項目(例如訪談、調查)提供支援,包括推行調查、監察項目進展以及收集和分析數據;
(c) 提供支援並參與與客戶、內外持份者的會議,以了解最新的市場發展和他們的需求,並提供建議和支援以回答客戶的查詢;
(d) 爲活動提供支援(包括與外部機構協調、擬備賓客名單和邀請信、活動登記系統、處理查詢及回覆、場地預訂及佈置、採購、餐飲安排及聯絡服務供應商以及其他相關工作等);
(e) 協助對活動中收集的聯絡資料進行跟進工作(例如活動後報告、名片整合以及更新客戶關係管理系統中的客戶資訊和活動記錄);以及
(f) 執行其他受指派的職務。
市場推廣及公共事務組轄下的小組︰
(a) 協助制定/更新市場推廣及宣傳材料的內容,包括小册子、傳單、影片製作及剪輯等;
(b) 協助建立及更新客戶簡介和個案研究的資料庫;
(c) 協助更新投資推廣署網站(例如圖像及製作)及各社交媒體的內容,並協助執行數碼推展計畫和監察其結果,以及推行措施以提高網站流量和社交媒體追隨者;
(d) 撰寫各種文章,例如個案研究和客戶簡介;以及
(e) 執行其他受指派的職務。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is looking for motivated and energetic students to join our department as summer interns. You will be deployed to various teams, providing holistic support for a wide range of business functions, sectors and industries within our department.
Duties
The intern may be deployed to various teams and carry out the respective tasks –
Sector and Geographical Teams:
(a) To assist in collating information in business opportunities, government policies and infrastructure, etc.;
(b) To support research projects (e.g. interviews, surveys), including survey implementation, project progress monitoring and data collection and analysis;
(c) To provide support and participate in meetings with clients, internal and external stakeholders to understand the latest market development and their needs, and provide advice and support to answering client enquiries;
(d) To assist in coordination of activites/ events, including coordination with external agencies, preparation of guest lists, invitation letters, event registration system, enquiries and RSVP’s handling, venue bookings and set up, procurement, catering and liaison with service vendors and other relevant tasks, etc;
(e) To assist in follow up work on contacts generated from events (e.g. post-event reports, business cards consolidation and update client information and activity records in the Customer Relationship Management System) ; and
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned.
Teams under Marketing and Communications Group:
(a) To assist in developing / updating the contents of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, booklets, leaflets, video production and editing etc.;
(b) To assist in developing and updating of databases on client profiles and cases;
(c) To assist in content update (e.g. artwork and production) of the department’s website and various social media platforms, and assist in executing and monitoring results for digital marketing initiatives and implement measures to drive website traffic and social media followers;
(d) To prepare for various write-up, such as case studies and client profiles; and
(e) To perform any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 爲大專院校全日制學位課程(或同等學歷)的在學學生,修讀商科、公共關係、新聞學、廣告、市場學、傳理學、創意媒體或其他與數碼推廣/影片製作有關的學系者更佳;
(b) 操流利英語、廣東話及普通話,通曉其他語言者更佳;
(c) 熟悉Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint軟件的操作;以及
(d) 具備數碼推廣、影片製作或組織活動的經驗者更佳。

(a) Student currently enrolled in a full-time degree course (or equivalent), preferably in the stream of business, public relations, journalism, advertising, marketing, communications, creative media or any other disciplines related to digital marketing / video production;
(b) Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Knowledge in other languages is an advantage;
(c) Proficient in the application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
(d) Experience in digital marketing, video production or event organisation is an advantage.
