職責
(1) 管理拖欠貸款組的行政及日常運作;
(2) 研究及改善有關處理拖欠貸款人士的還款程序以提升管理及運作效率;
(3) 聯絡律政司處理有關法律個案;
(4) 參與電腦系統計劃及監督拖欠貸款管理系統的發展;
(5) 處理有關立法會、傳媒及公眾查詢,及有關拖欠學生貸款的投訴;及
(6) 負責其他上級指派的工作。
(1) To oversee the administration and operation of Default Division;
(2) To identify areas for improvement in the loan recovery procedures with a view to enhancing management and operational control;
(3) To liaise with Department of Justice for the management of legal cases;
(4) To provide input to system projects and to oversee the development of the Default Loan Management System;
(5) To handle relevant Legislative Council business, press and public enquiries and complaints on all matters related to default of student loans; and
(6) To perform other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
(1) 持有本地頒授的學位,或具同等資格;
(2) 於取得上述學歷後,最少具十年行政工作經驗,其中三年須在承擔行政責任及從事策略計劃方面擔任重要管理職位;
(3) 在中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科成績達第3等級或以上,或具同等學歷。在聘任非公務員職位時,過往香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)C級的成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科第3等級的成績;
(4) 精通中文及英文講寫傳意技巧;
(5) 具備良好電腦應用知識;
(6) 在分析及組織方面具出色的技巧;
(7) 能獨立工作;
(8) 自發進取及盡責;及
(9) 曾於政府或公共機構工作及參與系統發展計劃工作可獲優先考慮。
(1) possess a bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
(2) have at least 10 years’ executive experience after graduating from the first bachelor degree with 3 years in a key management position undertaking administrative responsibility and strategic planning;
(3) have Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. For non-civil service appointment purpose, “Grade C” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 3” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE;
(4) be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(5) have knowledge of common computer applications, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing;
(6) have good analytical and organization skills;
(7) have ability to work independently;
(8) have good initiative with strong sense of responsibility; and
(9) have experience of working in Government/public body and experience in system development projects would be a definite advantage.

政府職位申請人在應徵信上必須提供所需的所有資料。申請人如未能提供所需的所有資料,或所提供的資料未能清楚顯示申請人具有有關職位所規定最起碼的學歷、工作經驗等,或申請人未能通過操守審核,該申請將不獲受理。
