職責
就香港特別行政區將舉行的第十五屆全國運動會,第十二屆全國殘疾人運動會及第九屆全國特殊奧林匹克運動會,負責監督宣傳及市場開發相關工作,主要職責包括但不限於:
(a) 制定及落實宣傳推廣及市場開發(包括贊助計劃)的整體策略;
(b) 與內地及澳門當局,以及相關政府部門和持份者就宣傳推廣及市場開發(包括贊助計劃)的所有事宜進行商討及合作;
(c) 監督所有宣傳推廣及市場開發活動的營運、管理、財務及採購事宜;
(d) 協調設計及製作紀念品及宣傳物品;
(e) 擔任相關委員會或工作小組的成員,就宣傳推廣及市場開發事宜準備討論文件並出席會議;以及
(f) 執行其他受指派的職責。

In relation to the 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games (the “Games”) to be held in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, to oversee publicity and market development related matters. The main duties include but not limited to –
(a) devising and implementing the overall publicity and market development strategies (including sponsorship);
(b) collaborating with the Mainland and Macao authorities as well as relevant government departments and stakeholders in all matters relating to publicity and market development (including sponsorship);
(c) overseeing the operation, management, financial and procurement matters of all events and programmes related to publicity and market development;
(d) coordinating the design and production of souvenir and related promotion items;
(e) serving as a member in concerned committees and working groups, prepare discussion materials for publicity and market development matters and attend the meetings; and
(f) performing other duties as assigned by seniors.

入職條件
申請人在獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民,並須 —
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的工商管理、市場學、傳播、數碼營銷或相關科目學士學位,或具同等學歷。擁有更高相關學歷更佳;
(b) 在取得相關學歷後,具備以下的相關工作經驗 –
(i) 最少15年從事全方位(傳統及數碼)廣告宣傳、市場推廣或傳訊管理的工作經驗,當中包括最少10年在大型公共或私營機構從事相關工作,並擔任管理層或更高職位;
(ii) 曾負責制訂策略以營造品牌、企業形象及進行受眾分析,並領導團隊執行全方位宣傳計劃;
(iii) 曾負責製作創意內容,包括策劃、設計及建立網站。對使用者體驗、使用者介面最佳做法、搜尋引擎行銷及優化、社交媒體管理及數碼趨勢具敏銳觸覺,並具備與相關機構及承辦商合作的深厚背景;
(iv) 曾負責策劃及執行凝聚受眾參與、締造夥伴協作、跨界別/跨機構合作或鼓勵公眾關注及支持的活動;
(c) 具備卓越的領導能力,能帶領團隊面對不同的挑戰並完成任務;
(d) 具備良好的人際及溝通技巧,善於團隊合作,能與多方持份者建立關係;
(e) 中英文書寫能力俱佳,能操流利粵語、普通話及英語;以及
(f) 熟悉一般商業電腦軟件的應用,以及中文和英文文書處理。

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should have –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent. Possession of a higher qualification will be an advantage;
(b) the following relevant post-qualification work experience –
(i) a minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in full range (traditional and digital) of advertising, marketing or communications related work, including a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience and experience in holding position at management or above level in large public or private organisations;
(ii) responsible for developing strategies in brand-building, corporate image and conducting audience analysis, and leading a team to implement comprehensive promotional programmes;
(iii) responsible for production of creative content, which includes planning, designing and building of websites. With strong acumen towards website UX&UI best practices, SEO, SEM, social media management and digital trend, and solid background to work with relevant organisations and agencies;
(iv) responsible for planning and implementing programmes in relation to building audience participation, fostering partnership, cross-sectoral/cross-organisational collaboration or raising public awareness and support;
(c) excellent leadership, and ability to drive a team in accomplishing different tasks in the face of challenges;
(d) good interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to be a good team player who is capable of building relationships with multiple stakeholders;
(e) good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and
(f) proficiency in the application of common business software, as well as Chinese and English word processing.
