協助署方在會計電腦系統的開發、測試及推行工作。使用有關資料庫的匯報工具抽取所需資料以支援資訊管理系統分析。執行其他與部門相關的職務。
職責
Assist in the development, testing and operation of accounting-related computer systems. Support in Management Information System analysis using reporting tools for data query. Perform any other duties as required by the management.
入職條件
學歷要求 － 香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科達第2等級或以上的成績並另有三科達第3等級或以上的成績，或具同等學歷 [政府在聘任時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）E級的成績，在行政上會視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績；C級則視為第3等級。]；
技能 －
- (a)精通電腦應用軟件的運用（包括 SQL、MS Excel和 HTML）；
- (b)具有應用Oracle Hyperion System 9 BI+程式和編寫數據庫程式的知識則更佳；
- (c)良好的溝通及分析技巧；及
- (d)能承受壓力及可獨立完成工作。
工作經驗 － 於截止申請日期已擁有兩年相關工作經驗（申請人持有大學學位及一年相關工作經驗，亦可獲考慮）。具有用戶系統驗收測試和數據庫管理／程式編寫經驗的申請人將獲優先考慮。
Education standard – Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination together with three other subjects at Level 3 or above, or equivalent [ For appointment purpose, Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) is accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in or after the 2007 HKCEE; Grade C is comparable to Level 3.].
Trade skills –
- (a)Proficiency in computer application software (including SQL, MS Excel and HTML);
- (b)Knowledge in Oracle Hyperion System 9 BI+ applications and database programming will be an advantage;
- (c)Good communication and analytical skills; and
- (d)Able to take initiative and work independently under pressure.
Work experience – 2 years’ relevant working experience (Applicant possessing a degree with 1 year working experience may also be considered.) by the closing date for application. Experience in user acceptance tests and database management/programming will be preferred.
