(a) To monitor and oversee the operation of a public fund or a matching fund for business and welfare sectors and draw up operational guide and manuals, (b) To promote and launch the projects; (c) To invite, vet and process project proposals / applications; (d) To monitor the implementation of approved projects through perusing reports, conducting site visits, and furnishing assessment reports; (e) To collate and compile statistical returns, draft papers and answer enquiries; (f) To monitor and perform the evaluative studies; (g) To provide secretarial support to the relevant committees / working groups, etc.; (h) To perform financial management duties; (i) To manage and maintain the operation of web-site and the data management systems; and (j) To perform managerial and supervisory duties for the project team.

Candidates should: (a) have a bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, or related disciplines, or equivalent; (b) have 10 years' relevant post-qualifications experience in social welfare services, public relation, marketing or related fields, of which no less than 5 years being at supervisory / managerial level; (c) have obtained Level 1 or above in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) [see Notes (1) to (3)], or equivalent; (d) be able to communicate well in written English and Chinese; (e) be able to make presentation in fluent Cantonese and English; and (f) have good command in applying various computer programmes, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
