職責
(a) 以口頭和書面形式,處理有關電訊事務/與電訊爭議調解計劃或《非應邀電子訊息條例》有關的性質複雜的公眾查詢、投訴和舉報;
(b) 根據電訊爭議調解計劃的受理準則,篩選該項計劃的申請以處理個案,包括於篩選過程中與內部人員、電訊服務供應商和調解服務中心進行協調;
(c) 督導輔助人員在應付/處理公眾查詢、投訴和舉報方面的工作,並在客戶投訴關於查詢或申請的處理時,擔當問題升級處理的聯繫人;
(d) 編寫和分析統計資料及數據,並擬備報告提交管理層;
(e) 協助擬備公眾教育材料/討論文件,並協助進行與商業電子訊息和電訊事宜有關的研究/調查;
(f) 為有關商業電子訊息和電訊事務的委員會或工作小組提供秘書服務;以及
(g) 處理上級人員指派的任何其他職責。
(a) handling public enquiries, complaints and reports of complicated nature pertinent to telecommunications matters / related to a telecommunications dispute mediation scheme or the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance in both verbal and written forms;
(b) screening the applications to the telecommunications dispute mediation scheme according to the acceptance criteria for handling of cases under the scheme, including coordination with internal officers, the telecommunications service providers and the mediation service centre during the screening process;
(c) supervising the work of supporting staff in handling/processing public enquiries, complaints and reports and acting as the escalation point for the customer complaints on the handling of enquiry and applications;
(d) compiling and analysing statistical information and data and preparing reports to the management;
(e) assisting in preparing educational materials/discussion papers and conducting research/survey relating to commercial electronic messages and telecommunications issues;
(f) providing secretarial support to committees or working groups on commercial electronic messages and telecommunications issues; and
(g) handling any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
(1) (a) 持有本港大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷; (b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[(註1)]或以上成績,或具同等成績;以及 (c) 在取得有關學歷後具備至少六年的工作經驗,包括四年在客戶服務、投訴處理、執行規定或規管工作方面的經驗。具電訊業工作經驗者更佳;
以及
(2) (a) 申請人在調解方面從認可機構取得相關資格或接受相關培訓更佳; (b) 申請人應具良好的應用電腦軟件(例如Word、Excel、PowerPoint)和使用電郵知識; (c) 申請人應擅於書寫[註(2)],具良好的分析能力及人際技巧;以及 (d) 申請人應能在壓力下工作,並在緊迫時間內完成工作。
(1) (a) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note (1)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and (c) at least 6 years’ post qualification working experience, including 4 years in customer service, complaint handling, compliance or regulatory work. Working experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage;
AND
(2) (a) candidates with relevant qualification or training in mediation from recognised organisation is an advantage; (b) candidates should have good knowledge of computer software such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and e-mail usage; (c) candidates should have good writing skills [Note (2)], good analytical and interpersonal skills; and (d) candidates should be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
入職條件(註)
(1) 政府在聘任非公務員員工時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
(2) 獲篩選的申請人或須參加筆試。
