職責
受聘人須負責一般會計及相關工作，例如安排付款、處理收取款項、擬備現金流量預測及會計／財務報告、監察財政預算、對投標者／有關機構進行財政審核，以及向使用者提供會計意見。
He/She is required to perform general accounting and related duties, such as arranging payments, handling revenue collections, preparing cashflow forecasts and accounting/financial reports, monitoring budgets, conducting financial vetting of tenderers/concerned organizations and providing accounting advice to users.
入職條件
申請人須：
(a)持有本港任何一所大學頒授的會計學位，或具備同等學歷；或為香港會計師公會專業資格課程的註冊學生，或具備同等資格；
(b)(i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等[參閱註(a)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷。在該五個科目中，中國語文科及英國語文科必須考獲第3級或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或
(ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第3級／C級或以上成績，其中必須包括中國語文科及英國語文科[參閱註(b)]，或具同等學歷；
(c)具備至少三年有關會計／核數的全職工作經驗；及
(d)具備良好的中英文講寫傳意技巧。
Candidates should –
(a) either have a degree in Accountancy from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or be a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Qualification Programme, or equivalent;
(b) (i) have Level 3 or equivalent [See Note (a)] or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent. The above-mentioned five subjects should include Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent; or
(ii) have Level 3 / Grade C or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language [See Note (b)] in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.;
(c) have at least 3 years’ full-time working experience in areas of accounting / auditing; and
(d) possess good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.

(a) 政府在聘任人員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績。香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(b) 政府在聘任人員時，二零零七年以前香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科（課程乙）C級及E級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同二零零七年或其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級和第2級的成績。]
