職責
Operating non-linear editing system to ingest television programmes and video content for library archival storage in defined workflow and formats; making duplicate copies of video content and relevant data to backup hard disks; inputting metadata and relevant information in defined video data log sheet or similar requirements in the transfer process; liaising with engineering staff to check visual and audio quality; and completing any associated duties as assigned.
Note:
(i) Successful candidate may be assigned to work irregular hours / night shifts / on Sundays and Public Holidays. (ii) Part-time Production Assistant will not be entitled for meal breaks or late night travelling expenses.

- (a)
- (i)持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審的副學士學位或獲認可的高級文憑，主修電影及電視、電視錄影剪接及／或多媒體製作或有關連的學科，或具同等學歷；或(ii)獲認可的文憑，主修電影及電視、電視錄影剪接及／或多媒體製作或有關連的學科，或具同等學歷，兼具一年與初級剪接相關的工作經驗及具備非線性剪接系統的基本知識；或
- (iii)在香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，連同其他三科考獲第2級或等同又或以上的成績[參閱註(1)]，或具同等學歷；兼具兩年相關的工作經驗；或(iv)在香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，連同其他三科考獲E級或以上的成績，或具同等學歷；兼具兩年相關的工作經驗；或(v)中五畢業並具至少五年相關的工作經驗；及(b)具備操作個人電腦的基本知識，並熟習中、英文輸入法及軟件操作(如Microsoft Office-Word和Excel等)，以及Mac OS和Final Cut Pro電腦剪接軟件及儀器。
Candidates should have
- (a)
- (i)an accredited Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Film and TV, Video Editing and/or Digital Media, or equivalent, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; OR
- (ii)an accredited Diploma in Film and TV, Video Editing and/or Digital Media, or equivalent, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 1 year’s relevant experience in preliminary editing job with basic knowledge in non-linear editing system; OR
- (iii)Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language together with 3 other subjects at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) [see note (1)], or equivalent; and 2 years’ relevant experience; OR
- (iv)Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language together with 3 other subjects at Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and 2 years’ relevant experience; OR
- (v)completion of Form 5 with at least 5 years’ relevant experience; AND
- (b)basic knowledge in personal computer, familiar with Chinese and English word processing and software operation (e.g. Microsoft Office-Word, Excel etc) and in Mac OS and Final Cut Pro computer editing software and equipment.
