職責
獨立地 -
(a)籌備及管理社區參與活動；
(b)收集、整理及分析公眾意見；
(c)策劃及推行與公共傳訊及新媒體有關的項目；
(d)進行政策研究，草擬報告文稿及演辭；及
執行上司委派的其他職務。
To work largely independently in:
(a) coordinating and managing public engagement activities;
(b) collecting, collating, and analyzing public views;
(c) formulating and managing public communications projects, including new media initiatives;
(d) conducting policy research and drafting reports, scripts, and speeches; and
to perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
入職條件
申請人必須
(a)持有本港大學學位，或同等學歷；
(b)具最少三年與公共事務、社區聯絡、傳媒、企業傳訊等相關全職工作的經驗；
(c)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科達第3等級或以上[註]，或同等學歷；
(d)具備良好中、英文會話及書寫技巧；以及
(e)具備公營機構經驗，以及公共傳訊或新媒體相關知識及技能者，可獲優先考慮。
Candidates should have:
(a) a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of 3 years of relevant full-time experience in public affairs, community liaisons, media, or corporate communications;
(c) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (See Note), or equivalent;
(d) excellent communication skills (both written and spoken); and
(e) past experience in the public sector and relevant knowledge of and experience in public communications or new media would be an advantage.
入職條件(註)
(1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
(3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
