受聘人將負責構思節目意念、策劃及設計節目內容；進行資料搜集；組織及主導公共事務及紀實節目的製作；進行採訪；撰寫稿件、剪接及後期製作；預備宣傳稿件；指導年資較淺編導、管理各種資源；於需要時獨立操作數碼便攜式攝錄機；及能獨立工作。
註：
需不定時／通宵／於周末期間工作。
職責
Formulating TV programme ideas, planning and designing programme contents; undertaking research work; organizing and directing the production of public affairs TV and documentary programmes; conducting interviews; scriptwriting and carrying out editing and post-production work; preparing publicity articles; coaching junior producers, managing various sorts of resources; operating self-operating camcorder when required; and able to work independently.

Required to work irregular hours / over-night shifts / weekends

申請人必須 -
- (a)
- (i)持有香港頒授的學位，以主修新聞及傳理學為佳，或具同等學歷；並具四年有關媒體／新聞工作經驗；或
- (ii)持有香港大專院校頒授的認可高級文憑／認可副學士學位，以新聞及傳理學為佳，或具同等學歷；並具五年相關工作經驗；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考／香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3等級或以上成績，或具同等成績[請參閱註(1)]。
申請人如具數碼影像攝製、非線性剪接、新聞報道、撰稿、訪問和多媒體製作相關技術和經驗則為佳。
Candidates should have –
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong degree, preferably in Journalism & Communications, or equivalent; and 4 years’ media / journalistic experience; OR
- (ii)an accredited Higher Diploma or an accredited Associate Degree, preferably in Journalism & Communications, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 5 years’ relevant experience; AND
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent [See Note (1)].
Candidates who possess skill and experience relating to DV filming, non-linear editing, news reporting, script writing, interview conducting and multimedia production will have an advantage.
