職責
(a) 就策劃和制定大型/全港活動/盛事/盛會(包括大型慶典和典禮)所需的推廣/推行策略/方案,提供意見,並監督推行事宜,以及按需要統籌其他跨區盛事/盛會/項目;
(b) 就上述活動/盛事/盛會擬訂執行計劃以及有效的公共關係和宣傳策略,並監督執行事宜;
(c) 負責上述活動/盛事/盛會的整體統籌和推行事宜;
(d) 為監督上述活動/盛事/盛會和施行預算管制的專設委員會/工作小組(如有的話),提供行政和秘書處支援工作;以及
(e) 在有需要時執行其他職務。
(a) To provide advice on the planning and formulation of strategies/ proposals for promoting/implementing large-scale/territory-wide activities/events/functions, including major celebratory and ceremonial events, and to oversee their execution, and to coordinate other cross-district events/functions/projects as necessary;
(b) To map out implementation plans and effective public relations and publicity strategies regarding those activities/events/functions, and to oversee their implementation;
(c) To take charge of the overall coordination and organisation of the activities/events/functions in question;
(d) To provide executive and secretariat support to the committee(s)/working group(s), if any, formed to oversee the organisation of the activities/events/functions in question and exercise budgetary control; and
(e) To perform any other duties as and when required.
入職條件
申請人須—
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的學士學位或學士以上程度學位,或具同等學歷。沒有學士學位者亦可申請,惟須符合下文(b)項所列條件;
(b) 在管理人力資源及/或財政資源以及籌辦大型活動方面,具豐富工作經驗,並至少具15年執行管理/行政工作的經驗,而非持有學位的申請人,須至少具20年經驗;
(c) 熟悉政府及/或公營機構的運作;
(d) 具良好的中英文講寫能力;以及
(e) 具極佳的溝通和社交技巧。
Applicants should possess –
(a) a bachelor’s or a higher degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent. Applicants not holding a bachelor’s degree may also apply subject to the requirement set out in (b) below;
(b) proven abilities in the management of human and/or financial resources and in event management, and at least 15 years of executive experience in management/administration or, for non-degree holding applicants, at least 20 years of experience;
(c) in-depth knowledge of the operation of the Government and/or the public sector;
(d) a strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English; and
(e) excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
