申請人如獲錄用，會獲調派執行下列與土木工程拓展署工程的有關職務: (1)協調已規劃及現有基礎設施的工程及推行時間上的配合問題；(2)處理交通及環境問題；(3)就公眾參與活動及諮詢論壇協調政府內部各持份者，並提出工程意見以及參與這些活動及論壇；(4)監察工程項目進度及技術結果；(5)協助行政及法定諮詢程序；(6)按需要為工程項目管理及撥款監控提供支授；以及(7)適當時執行任何其他獲指派的職務。
職責
Successful candidate
- (s)will be deployed to carry out the following duties in respect of the infrastructure works projects in Civil Engineering and Development Department:-
- (1)To coordinate interfacing engineering and programming issues in relation to planned and existing infrastructures;
- (2)To handle traffic and environmental issues;
- (3)To coordinate stakeholders within the Government and provide engineering inputs to, and participate in, public engagement activities and consultation forums;
- (4)To monitor project progress and technical findings;
- (5)To assist in the administrative and statutory procedures:
- (6)To provide support on project management and funding control as necessary; and
- (7)To perform any other duties assigned as appropriate.
入職條件
申請人須 -
- (a)具備香港工程師學會(土木組)於1975年12月5日後選取的正式會員資格，或具備同等資格[見註(1)]；及(b)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷[見註(2)]。 註：
- (1)申請人如只持有非本地專業資格，應提交所需證明文件，證明該等資格等同本地有關專業資格，例如提供證據，證明申請人的資格在截止申請日期之前，已獲香港工程師學會接納為其正式會員(土木組)。
- (2)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績，在行政上會分別視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級成績。
- (3)申請人須隨申請表格夾附詳列工作經驗的履歷。
Candidate should
- (a)possess Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Discipline) elected after 5 December 1975, or equivalent (see Note (1)); and
- (b)attain Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note (2)). Notes :
- (1)Applicants holding non-local professional qualifications only should prove the equivalency of such qualifications by the closing date for application, with supporting documents such as evidence of acceptance of their qualifications by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers for admission to its Corporate Membership (Civil Discipline).
- (2)Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
- (3)Candidates should attach a detailed curriculum vitae of their work experience to their application forms.
