- (a)負責統籌和開展一項全港公眾諮詢計劃；
- (b)就諮詢區議會、有關商會、關注團體及其他持份者組織擬訂執行計劃，並監督執行事宜；
- (c)就上述諮詢計劃，擬訂有效的公共關係和宣傳策略，包括制作政府宣傳短片∕聲帶，並監督執行事宜；
- (d)為上述諮詢計劃專設委員會／工作小組，提供行政和秘書處支援工作；
- (e)評估及分析傳媒和公眾就諮詢議題發表的意見和顯示的民情，並擬備相關回應；
- (f)向管理層提交報告，闡述分析結果，和就行政措施及∕或修改法例方面提供改善建議，並跟進獲管理層通過的建議項目；以及
- (g)在有需要時執行其他職務。
職責
- (a)To take charge of the overall coordination of a territory-wide public consultation exercise (“the exercise”);
- (b)To map out detailed implementation plans, such as consultation with District Councils, relevant trade associations, concern groups, and other stakeholders and their organisations, etc and oversee the execution of the exercise;
- (c)To formulate effective public relations and publicity strategies for the exercise, including production of TV/ radio API and oversee their implementation;
- (d)To provide executive and secretariat support to the committee
- (s)and/or working groups
- (s)formed associated with the exercise;
- (e)To assess media and public sentiments and opinions, including analysis of public opinions collected during the period of public consultation and preparation of responses to media and public enquiries;
- (f)To produce reports and papers with observations and recommendations, including administrative measures and/ or legislative amendments, for consideration by senior management and to follow up on these recommendations upon approval by senior management; and
- (g)To perform any other duties as and when required.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港大學頒授的學士學位或學士以上程度學位，或具同等學歷。沒有學士學位者亦可申請，惟須符合下文(b)項所列條件；
- (b)在策略性規劃及推行計劃方面，具豐富工作經驗，並至少具15年執行管理／行政工作的經驗，而非持有學位的申請人，須至少具20年經驗；
- (c)熟悉政府及／或公營機構的運作；
- (d)具良好的中英文講寫能力；以及
- (e)具極佳的溝通和社交技巧。 在諮詢工作方面，具實務經驗者優先。
- (a)a bachelor’s or a higher degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent. Applicants not holding a bachelor’s degree may also apply subject to the requirement set out in
- (b)below;
- (b)proven abilities in strategic planning and programme implementation, and at least 15 years of executive experience in management/administration or, for non-degree holding applicants, at least 20 years of experience;
- (c)in-depth knowledge of the operation of the Government and/or the public sector;
- (d)a strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English; and
- (e)excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to applicants with proven experience in consultation activities.
