職責
兼職助理經理的主要職責包括 -
(a) 與覆核個案申請人聯絡,有需要時解答他們對覆核進度及資料提供方面的查詢;
(b) 擬備書信/文件予覆核申請人;
(c) 擬備文件就特殊個案尋求法律意見;
(d) 核實/擬備個案文件冊、核實申述的內容,並在舉行會議前,擬備開會通知予申請人;
(e) 為覆核會議及其他中藥組會議擬備文件並安排後勤工作;以及
(f) 於會後擬備中藥組決定書/會議紀錄並跟進中藥組就每宗覆核個案所作的決定。
〔備註:兼職助理經理每週通常須工作最多4個半天,但每週工作少於18小時,並可能須不定時工作。〕
A Part-time Assistant Manager mainly assists in -
(a) liaising with the review case applicants to answer their enquiries on the progress and provision of information as and required;
(b) preparing letters/ documents related to the review cases;
(c) preparing documents to seek legal advice on specific cases;
(d) verifying/ preparing review case bundles; verifying the contents of the representation; and preparing notice of meeting to review case applicants before meetings;
(e) preparing all the documents/ arranging logistics for the review meetings and any other meetings of the Chinese Medicines Board (CMB); and
(f) drafting decisions/ minutes of meetings of the CMB and following up decision of the CMB for each case after the meetings.
(Remarks: A Part-time Assistant Manager is usually required to work up to four half days a week but less than 18 hours per week and may be required to work irregular hours.)
入職條件
不論男女,皆可申請此職。申請人須 -
(a) 持有本港頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,有關公共行政、公共政策或人力資源的學位更佳(註1);
(b) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績,或具同等學歷(註2);以及
(c) 取得有關學歷後,具備七年辦公室行政事務、財務管理、公共行政等範疇的工作經驗,曾在政府部門任職更佳,當中至少兩年為督導級人員(註3)。
其他條件:
申請人須 -
(a) 熟習法定委員會的職務並擅於草擬覆核判決書;
(b) 熟悉會議程序;
(c) 具備良好的溝通技巧和人際關係;
(d) 能操流利英語、粵語和普通話且中英文書寫能力俱佳;以及
(e) 具備良好的電腦MS Office應用技巧,包括Word、Excel和PowerPoint。
The post is open to both male and female applicants. Candidates should have -
(a) a bachelor degree, preferably in the field of Public Administration, Public Policy or Human Resource Management, from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent (Note 1);
(b) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note 2); and
(c) seven years of full-time post-qualification working experience, preferably in the Government, in the area of office administration, financial management, public administration, etc. with at least two years at supervisory level (Note 3).
Other Requirements:
Candidates should also be -
(a) capable of handling statutory committee duties and drafting review judgements;
(b) familiar with meeting procedures;
(c) versatile with sound communication and interpersonal skills;
(d) competent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; and
(e) proficient in computer skills in the application of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
入職條件(註)
(1) 海外資歷須接受學歷評核。
(2) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級的成績。
(3) 申請人須在申請書內詳列所獲的學歷及工作經驗,並附上證明文件副本。
