- (a)協助主管推行支援少數族裔的措施；
- (b)協助主管到學校和其他機構講解／介紹有關文化敏感度／有關融入的事宜；
- (c)協助主管策劃、統籌和推行有關種族關係的宣傳／ 教育項目，例如籌辦展覽以介紹不同少數族裔的文化；
- (d)以不同途徑，例如地區外展、出席活動和會議，推廣對少數族裔的支援服務；
- (e)探訪不同少數族裔團體，以加強聯繫和鞏固網絡；
- (f)協助主管印製以南亞語文和東南亞語文編寫的刋物；
- (g)督導宣傳助理的工作；以及
- (h)履行由民政事務總署的主管不時指派的其他職務。
職責
- (a)Assist the supervisors in the implementation of support services for Ethnic Minorities (EMs);
- (b)Assist the supervisors in delivering talks / presentations at schools and other institutions on cultural sensitivity issues and other integration issues;
- (c)Assist the supervisors in planning, co-ordinating and implementing race-relations publicity / education programmes, e.g. organising exhibitions to introduce cultures of different ethnic groups;
- (d)Promote the support services for ethnic minorities through different means, such as district outreach, attending functions and meetings;
- (e)Visit different ethnic minority groups to strengthen liaison and networking;
- (f)Assist the supervisors in the production of publications in South and Southeast Asian languages;
- (g)Supervise the work of Publicity Assistants; and
- (h)Undertake such additional tasks as the supervisors in the Home Affairs Department may direct from time to time.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位，或具同等學歷；或
- (ii)持有本港大專院校頒授的高級文憑或副學士學位，並在取得有關學歷後，在以下任何一個或多於一個範疇具備兩年工作經驗：策劃和籌辦宣傳／教育活動、公共關係、社會服務、培訓和發展；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具同等成績；
- (c)通曉粵語；
- (d)精通以下最少一種香港常用的南亞／東南亞語言(例如印地語、尼泊爾語、烏爾都語或泰語)(能書寫相關語文會獲優先考慮)；
- (e)具極佳的人際技巧和溝通技巧；以及
- (f)熟悉電腦應用，例如英文和少數族裔語文文書處理、試算表和簡報程式。
- (a)
- (i)A bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; OR
- (ii)A higher diploma or associate degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution and 2 years of post-qualification working experience in one or more of the following fields: planning and organisation of publicity/educational projects, public relations, social services, training and development;
- (b)Met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)Good command of spoken Cantonese;
- (d)Excellent command of at least one of the following South/Southeast Asian languages that is widely spoken in Hong Kong (such as Hindi, Nepali, Urdu or Thai) in spoken form (ability to write the related language will be an advantage);
- (e)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
- (f)Sound knowledge of computer applications such as word processing in English and minority languages, spreadsheet and presentation.
入職條件(註)
政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
