負責督導運輸署牌照事務處、專責事務組或過境事務分組的牌照、許可證或有關服務，包括處理牌照／許可證申請、擬備書信文件、統計數據及報告、解答市民查詢，以及執行上級人員指派的任何其他職務。 (註﹕可能需不定時工作及輪班工作。)
職責
Responsible for supervising licensing, permit or related services of the Licensing Offices, Special Assignment Unit or Cross Boundary Unit of the Transport Department, including processing licence/ permit applications, preparing correspondences, statistical data and reports, answering public enquiries and any other duties assigned by senior officers.
Note:
May be required to work irregular hours and shift-duties.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試共五科成績達第2等級/ E級或以上，當中包括中國語文科、英國語文科(課程乙)及數學科，或同等學歷；以及具備最少八年顧客服務或櫃位全職工作經驗(當中最少兩年須工作於督導階級，曾在政府或公營服務界別工作的應徵者將獲優先考慮。)；或
- (ii)中五程度，或同等學歷；以及具備最少十五年顧客服務或櫃位全職工作經驗(當中最少五年須工作於督導階級，曾在政府或公營服務界別工作的應徵者將獲優先考慮。)；
- (b)具備視窗MS Word及Excel的操作知識；以及
- (c)懂中文輸入法及有處理牌照申請經驗者，將獲優先考慮。
- (a)
- (i)Level 2/ Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (“HKCEE”) or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (“HKDSEE”), or equivalent; and at least 8 years' full-time working experience in customer or counter services (At least 2 years of which are at supervisory level and preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the public sector); OR
- (ii)Form 5 standard, or equivalent; and at least 15 years' full-time working experience in customer or counter services (At least 5 years of which are at supervisory level and preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the public sector);
- (b)Knowledge of computer application in MS Word and Excel; and
- (c)Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Chinese word processing and experience in handling licensing services.
入職條件(註)
- (a)政府在聘任非公務員合約僱員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級和第2等級的成績；
- (b)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績;
- (c)申請人須在申請表上清楚列出學歷、有關顧客服務或櫃位的工作及督導經驗和職務範圍；
- (d)未填妥的申請表概不受理；以及
- (e)面試時，本署會安排一個有關中文輸入法的測試予申請人。
