職責
合約租務主任負責就租務事宜向市民提供諮詢及調解服務和處理相關的查詢；處理與租務事宜相關的申請及文件及進行調查；以及執行其他由上司指派的工作。
Contract Rent Officers will be deployed to provide advisory and mediatory services to the public on tenancy matters and handle related enquiries, process applications and documents and carry out investigation work related to tenancy matters, and perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
申請人必須：
(a) (i) 在香港中學文憑考試考獲五科第 3 級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷(註1及註2)；或(ii) 在香港高級程度會考考獲兩科E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第 3 級(註1及註2)／C級或以上成績；
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第 3 級(註3)或以上成績，或具備同等學歷，能操流利普通話者更佳；以及
(c) 在取得上述學歷後，具備最少一年諮詢及調解服務／物業管理／物業租賃或相關的全職工作經驗。(註4)

Candidates should have:-
(a)(i) Level 3 or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 1 and Note 2), or equivalent; or (ii) Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3/Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)(Note 1 and Note 2);
(b) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent (Note 3), and knowledge in Putonghua would be an advantage; and
(c) at least one year’s full-time post-qualification working experience in advisory and mediatory services/ property management/ property leasing, or related areas. [Note 4]

(3) 就聘任而言，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
