執行與新界土地管理工作有關的多方面事宜 –
- (a)進行工地視察；
- (b)會見牽涉交易及糾紛的當事人；
- (c)檢查/準備土地文件及統計數字；及
- (d)執行上級指派的其他職務。
註：
合約地政主任須在新界各處執勤，並須不時執行長時間或不定時的職務。
職責
Responsible to a wide variety of matters relating to the administration of land in the New Territories:
- (a)to conduct site visits;
- (b)to interview parties involved in transactions and disputes;
- (c)to check/prepare land documents and statistical returns; and
- (d)to undertake any other duties as may be required by the supervisors.
Note:
The work of Contract Land Executive may involve extensive travelling in the New Territories with sometimes long and irregular hours of duty.
入職條件
申請人必須 –
- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等(註1)或以上成績(註2)，或具同等學歷；或 (ii)在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級(註3)／C級或以上成績(註2)，或具同等學歷；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註3)或以上成績，或具同等學歷；
- (c)成熟、可靠、具獨立處事的能力；及
- (d)具備電腦知識，包括使用Excel, Words及PowerPoint。
Candidates should –
- (a)
- (i)have Level 3 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or (ii)have Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 (Note 3) / Grade C or above in three other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and
- (b)have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
- (c)be mature and reliable, with the ability to work independently; and
- (d)have computer knowledge of Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
入職條件(註)
- (1)政府在聘任非公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)政府在聘任非公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
- (4)具備產業管理或土地管理經驗的申請人可獲優先考慮。
