職責
受聘人會調派至運輸署︰(a) 進行和管理各項涉及公共運輸策略、政策和規劃事宜的研究,包括顧問研究;(b) 因應以上(a)項所述的研究,(i)管理公眾參與/諮詢工作;(ii)擬備和審閱報告和文件;(iii)籌劃和採取跟進行動;以及 (c) 按需要執行其他獲指派的工作。
(註︰可能須不定時工作,執行戶外職務及須隨時候召工作。)
To be deployed in the Transport Department undertaking the following duties: (a) undertake and manage study(ies), including consultancy study(ies), on or related to public transport strategy, policy and planning matters; (b) in relation to the study(ies) in (a) above, (i) manage public engagement/consultation exercises; (ii) prepare and scrutinize reports and papers; (iii) plan and take follow-up actions; and (c) carry out any other duties assigned as appropriate.
(Note: May be required to work irregular hours, perform outdoor duties and on-call duties.)
入職條件
(a) 持有由香港的大學頒發的運輸學、城市規劃學、經濟學、公共行政學、地理學、統計學或定量分析學學位,或具備同等學歷;(b) 具備至少20年工作經驗,當中不少於10年須擔任管理、規管,及/或策略規劃和發展公共運輸服務的高層職位;(c) 擁有從事本港至少一種公共交通工具的策略規劃和發展及/或政策分析工作的豐富經驗,往績良好;(d) 對香港各種公共交通服務的營運環境和營運模式有深入認識;(e) 具備進行公眾諮詢和公眾參與活動的經驗;以及(f) 擁有良好溝通技巧和中英文講寫能力。
(a) A Hong Kong degree in transport studies, urban planning, economics, public administration, geography, statistics and quantitative analysis, or equivalent; (b) have at least 20 years’ experience, including not less than 10 years’ experience of working in senior position(s) of management, regulation and/or strategic planning and development related to public transport services; (c) have proven experience and track record in strategic planning and development and/or policy analyses in relation to at least one public transport mode in Hong Kong; (d) possess in-depth knowledge of the operating environment and operation models of different public transport operations in Hong Kong; (e) have experience in public consultation and engagement activities; and (f) have good communication skills and command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
