(1) To identify suitable service contractors for the provision of maintenance services for the operations and building systems in the Central Mail Centre in accordance with the prescribed procurement regulations of the Hong Kong SAR Government. (2) To oversee the daily maintenance of the building systems in the Central Mail Centre. (3) To supervise and monitor the performance of the service contractors in accordance with the contractual terms and to ensure that the performance of the systems meets the required standard. (4) To assist in upkeeping the safety standard of the systems in the Central Mail Centre and enhancing work health and safety. (5) To initiate improvement plans for all systems in the Central Mail Centre.

(1) A recognized Hong Kong Higher Diploma/Professional Diploma/Bachelor degree in Real Estate Management/Property Management, or equivalent. (2) Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; (3) A minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification experience in housing/property management, preferably be a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) or the Property and Facility Management Division of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS); (4) Good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer usage; (6) Good organizing, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and (7) Detail-minded, able to work independently and demonstrate qualities of a committed and self-motivated team player.
