職責
(a) 與非華裔社群人士接觸和保持聯繫,並就這些社群關注的事項和服務需要向警民關係主任提供意見;
(b) 與非華裔社群溝通,並與相關部門和機構聯絡,以促進和協助警民溝通;
(c) 在非行動性質的警隊活動、宣傳活動和社區活動舉行期間,促進警方與參與活動的非華裔社群的聯繫;
(d) 以申請人精通的非華裔語言,協助製作警察防止罪案或宣傳資料;以及
(e) 在非華裔社群參與的少年警訊活動中,協助統籌和聯絡工作,以及負責任何其他委派的工作。
註(2):申請人須 –
(a) 視乎需要,在正常工作時間外的任何日子(包括星期六、星期日及公眾假期) 工作;以及
(b) 在戶外工作,並在各警區執行外展職務。
(a) Establish contact and maintain liaison with members of the non-ethnic Chinese (NEC) communities and advise the Police Community Relations Officer of the concerns and service needs of these communities;
(b) Facilitate and support police communication through engagement with NEC communities and liaison with relevant authorities and organizations;
(c) Facilitate liaison with participating NEC communities during non-operational police activities, publicity programmes and community events;
(d) Assist in the production of police crime prevention or promotion materials in NEC language(s) which the candidate is proficient in; and
(e) Assist in the co-ordination and liaison work of Junior Police Call activities involving the NEC communities and perform any other duties as requested.
Notes (2):
Candidates are required to –
(a) work outside normal office hours on any days, including Saturdays, Sundays and general holidays, as and when necessary; and
(b) work outdoor and perform outreach duties in various police districts.

(c) 能操流利和能書寫烏爾都語
2.可獲優先考慮的申請人,如具備:
(a) 能操流利廣東話;及/或
(b) 與社區或青少年建立關係網絡、聯絡或籌辦活動的相關工作經驗及知識。

(a) 申請人須在申請表[G.F. 340 (3/2013修訂版)]的「專業資格」部分填寫其精通的語言,並在「截至目前為止的全部就業詳情」部分詳列其與社區或青少年建立關係網絡、聯絡或籌辦活動的相關工作經驗。申請人如未能在申請表提供足夠資料將不獲考慮。
(b) 申請人須通過語文測試。
1.Candidates should –
(a) have completed Secondary 5 or equivalent;
(b) be able to communicate effectively in Chinese OR English, both in written and spoken forms; and
(c) be proficient in Urdu, both in written and spoken forms.
2.Preference will be given to candidates:
(a) with proficiency in Cantonese; and/or
(b) with relevant working experience and knowledge in community or youth networking, liaison or event coordination.

(a) Candidates are requested to indicate in the section under "Professional Qualifications" on the application form [G.F. 340 (Rev. 3/2013)], which language(s) they are proficient to, and state details on relevant working experience in community or youth networking, liaison or event coordination in the section under "Full Employment Record to date". Candidates fail to provide sufficient information on the application form will not be considered.
(b) Candidates will be required to pass a language test.
