職責
(a) 協助智能指揮及控制中心（“中心”）的日常管理和運作，包括日常設備維修，管理登記，技術支援和中心的發展；
(b) 協助管理，檢討和及時更新各項執法數據，包括投訴和調查個案數據庫以及中心的運作和使用報告；
(c) 熟悉在不同環保法例下處理污染投訴／查詢，評估或審核牌照／許可，調查步驟的程序以便在相關執法行動中採用合適模式啟動中心；
(d) 為處理有關水污染管制條例的牌照提供技術支援；
(e) 監督初級員工的日常工作；以及
(f) 執行由主管委派的其他技術／行政職務，包括外勤工作。
其他相關的工作要求：工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲錄用者或需(a)不定時及超時工作，包括在晚上、周末和公眾假期工作；以及(b)不時在戶外工作。

(a) To support the daily management and operation of the Smart Command & Control Centre (“SmCCC”), including day-to-day equipment maintenance, reservation management, technical support and development of the SmCCC;
(b) To assist in the management, review and timely update of various enforcement databases, including complaints and investigation databases as well as operation and usage reports of the SmCCC;
(c) To acquire knowledge of the procedures in handling of pollution complaints/enquiries, license/permit assessment/processing and inspection steps under various environmental legislations so as to activate the SmCCC with appropriate modes in facilitating the associated enforcement operations;
(d) To provide technical support in processing licences under Water Pollution Control Ordinance;
(e) To supervise junior staff for daily operation; and
(f) To perform other technical/administrative duties, including outdoor field works, as assigned by the supervisors when required.
(Notes: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. The successful candidate may be required to (a) work during irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; and (b) work occasionally outdoors.)

Applicants should have: –
(a) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, Chemical Technology, Computer Science, Water Pollution Control, Waste Management, Environmental Studies, Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Civil Engineering, or a relevant science or engineering subject from a Hong Kong university/ Hong Kong polytechnic, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/ technical college / technical institute, or equivalent;
(b) at least one-year full-time relevant post-qualification working experience in the field of environmental and Geographic Information System work;
(c) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth); and
(d) knowledge and experience in computer work, in particular Geographic Information System, Video Conference System, and Database would be an advantage.
