- (b)籌辦本地及非本地的校長及教師專業發展課程；
- (c)建立和維持幼稚園網絡，以推廣良好做法；
- (d)協助籌辦國際性幼兒教育會議讓學者、幼稚園校長及教師，以及家長參與；
- (e)籌辦中、英文家長講座，讓家長得知幼稚園教育的最新發展；
- (f)監督追還津貼餘額及分析相關數據；
- (g)撰寫各類與幼稚園教育相關的文件，包括報告、講辭、會議記錄及信函；
- (h)監督初級員工的工作表現；以及
- (i)執行上司指派的其他職務。

職責
- (a)To compile the Chinese and English Profile of Kindergartens and Kindergarten-cum-Child Care Centres;
- (b)To organise local and non-local professional development programmes for kindergarten (KG) principals and teachers;
- (c)To build and maintain networks of KGs to facilitate the dissemination of good practices;
- (d)To assist in organising an international conference on early childhood education for academics, KG principals and teachers as well as parents;
- (e)To organise seminars for parents to disseminate the latest development in KG education;
- (f)To monitor the clawback of subsidies and prepare related statistics;
- (g)To prepare various kinds of documents including reports, speeches, minutes and correspondences relating to KG education;
- (h)To supervise the performance of junior staff; and
- (i)To perform other duties as required by supervisors.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷〈中文運用及英文運用〉中取得「二級」成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註]；
- (d)在取得學士學位後，具備不少於7年與教育行政相關的工作經驗；
- (e)能操流利普通話；以及
- (f)具幼兒教育及/或香港特別行政區政府工作經驗者優先。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 results in two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [see Note];
- (d)at least 7 years' relevant post-degree experience in educational administration;
- (e)fluent in Putonghua; and
- (f)working experience in the early childhood education sector and/ or the HKSAR Government preferred.
入職條件(註)
綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。 香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績，或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績，或香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上成績，或普通教育文憑高級程度考試(General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level)) English Language 科「C」級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷「二級」成績。 在國際英語水平測試制度(International English Language Testing System (IELTS))學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位接受申請期內任何一日有效。
