資訊科技經理將主要負責—
1. 領導和管理資訊科技人員完成基本設施方面的工作及其他與資訊科技相關的職務；
2. 協助制訂保養和改善部門基本設施系統的策略及計劃；
3. 協助制訂基本設施系統保養和保安的最佳做法及指引，並確保做法及指引獲得遵從；
4. 在內部或外判環境處理資訊科技項目；執行和領導項目規劃、預算制訂及管理、規格制訂、產品評估、採購、聯絡承辦商事宜、系統推行、系統測試、系統文件編製、系統管理及保養、系統故障處理及調校、品質保證及其他相關工作；
5. 管理求助台運作、資訊科技庫存物料，以及業務應用系統及基本設施系統的保養、管理及運作復原工作；
6. 培訓和督導資訊科技支援人員；
7. 為系統擁有人和用戶提供資訊科技支援、意見及培訓；以及
8. 執行辦公室行政職務。
Information Technology Manager will be mainly responsible for –
1. leading and managing a team of IT staff to complete jobs of the infrastructure stream and any other IT-related duties;
2. assisting in formulating strategies and plans of maintaining and improving the infrastructure systems of the department;
3. assisting in formulating the best practices and guidelines for infrastructure system maintenance and security, and enforcing the compliance;
4. running IT projects in-housed or outsourced environment; performing and leading the performance of project planning, budgeting and management, specification development, product evaluation, procurement, contractor liaison, system implementation, system testing, system documentation, system administration and maintenance, system troubleshooting and tuning, quality assurance and other related activities;
5. managing the helpdesk operation, the IT inventory, and the maintenance, administration and disaster recovery of business application systems and infrastructure systems;
6. supervising and providing training to IT support staff;
7. providing IT support, advice and training to system owners and users; and
8. discharging office administrative duties.
(a) 獲聘者如完成合約，並在合約期內一直保持良好的工作表現及操守，將可獲發約滿酬金。該筆約滿酬金，連同政府根據《強制性公積金計劃條例》的規定為獲聘者的強制性公積金計劃所作供款，合共相等於獲聘者在合約期內所支底薪總額的15%。
(b) 獲聘者亦可按照《僱傭條例》的規定，視乎情況享有有薪年假、休息日、法定假日（或代替假日）、產假及有薪病假。
申請人必須 :
i. 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的電腦科學、資訊科技或相關學科的學士學位，或具同等學歷；
ii. 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[註]或以上成績，或具同等成績；
iii. 在取得相關學歷後具備至少六年與資訊科技相關的全職工作經驗，包括在技術支援／系統推行方面具備至少三年的實際工作經驗，以及在執行資訊科技系統項目或提供支援服務方面具備至少三年督導／管理經驗；
iv. 具備大型機構(例如不少於500名員工)的外判、內部項目管理及求助台管理的經驗；
v. 具備各類管理工作經驗，例如資訊科技保安管理、運作復原計劃、資訊科技基本設施改善計劃、制訂指引、用戶培訓、資訊科技資產管理和採購、品質控制和保證；
vi. 熟悉企業資訊和通訊科技硬件(伺服器、儲存器、虛擬器等)、通訊(專用線路、城域以太網絡、多重通訊協定標籤交換傳輸、虛擬專用網絡等)、聯網(防火牆、路由器、交換器、WiFi系統、主要使用光纖及銅線的局部區域網絡等)和企業應用程式(電郵、即時通訊系統、視像會議系統等)；
vii. 熟悉香港特別行政區政府的政府辦公室自動化基本設施，包括但不限於部門入門網站基本設施、政府通訊網絡、政府主幹網絡、跨部門通訊等；
viii. 掌握新科技發展趨勢，並具備能力，與行政管理階層合力制訂有效的綜合業務和資訊科技策略及運作計劃；以及
ix. 對使用以下技術，開發和保養資訊科技基本設施有充分的知識和經驗—
IBM Notes及Domino R8.5或以上系統、Microsoft Windows Server 2008╱2012、Microsoft Active Directory、VMware、Windows Hyper-V、儲存區域網絡、防火牆、Cisco網絡交換器╱路由器、軟件資產及修補程式管理系統、加密工具、代理伺服器、保密插口層—虛擬專用網絡、Windows 10、iOS裝置和Android裝置。
2. 持有以下證書或具同等資格者佔優—
i. Projects in Controlled Environments, version 2 (PRINCE2) Professional
ii. Project Management Professional (PMP)
iii. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)–Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management

(1) Candidates should have –
i. a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or related discipline from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
ii. met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” [Note] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
iii. at least 6 years’ relevant post-qualification full-time IT working experience, including at least 3 years’ hands-on experience in technical support/system implementation and at least 3 years in supervisory/ managerial role in delivering IT system projects or support services;
iv. outsourcing, in-house project management and helpdesk management experience in sizable organisations (e.g. with no less than 500 staff members);
v. experience in various managerial activities such as IT security management, disaster recovery planning, IT infrastructure improvement planning, formulation of guidelines, user training, IT asset management and procurement, quality control and assurance;
vi. good knowledge of enterprise level Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Hardware (server, storage, virtual machines (VMs) etc.), communication (leased circuits, Metro Ethernets, Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), Virtual Private Network (VPN) etc.), networking (firewall, router, switch, WiFi System, fibre optic and copper based local area networks, etc.) and enterprise applications (email, instant message system, video conference system, etc.);
vii. good knowledge of HKSARG Government Office Automation (GOA) Infrastructure including but not limited to Departmental Portal Infrastructure, Government Communication Network (GCN), Government Backbone Network (GNET), interdepartmental communication, etc.;
viii. good knowledge of new technology trends and ability to work with executive management to develop effective integrated business and IT strategic and operational plan; and
ix. sound knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining IT infrastructure using the following technologies -
IBM Notes and Domino R8.5 or above, Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012, Microsoft Active Directory, VMware, Windows Hyper-V, Storage Area Network, Firewall, Cisco Switches / Routers, Software Asset and Patch Management System, Encryption Tools, Proxy Server, SSL-VPN, Windows 10, iOS devices and Android devices.
(2) Preference will be given to candidates who are holders of the following certificates or equivalent –
i. Projects in Controlled Environments, version 2 (PRINCE2) Professional
ii. Project Management Professional (PMP)
iii. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) – Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
iv. IBM Certified System Administrator - Notes and Domino
