- (a)協助為境外進修計劃(「計劃」)的參加者安排合適的課程/交流計劃；
- (b)聯絡本地及境外專業團體及其他持分者，及處理有關計劃的查詢；
- (c)負責計劃的籌備、宣傳推廣及其他行政安排；
- (d)處理及初步審核計劃申請，及支援評審委員會的審批工作；
- (e)隨團參與境外學習活動，為參加者提供後勤支援及監察進度；
- (f)協助建立及管理良好實踐經驗的資源庫，及制定宣傳和推廣的策略和計劃；
- (g)搜集意見以檢討計劃的成效；以及
- (h)執行其他獲指派的職務。

職責
- (a)To assist in arranging suitable courses/attachment programmes for participants of the non-local study leave scheme (the scheme);
- (b)To liaise with both local and non-local professional bodies and stakeholders, and handle enquires related to the scheme;
- (c)To oversee the preparation, promotion and other administrative arrangements of the scheme;
- (d)To process and conduct preliminary vetting of applications, and provide support to the Vetting Committee;
- (e)To accompany the teacher participants during the non-local study activities for handling logistics arrangements and monitoring the progress;
- (f)To assist in setting up and maintaining a repository of good practices and devise strategies and plans for the dissemination and promotion of such practices;
- (g)To collate views for reviewing the effectiveness of the scheme, and
- (h)To perform any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)持有本港專上教育機構頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級[參閱註]或以上成績，或具備同等成績；以及
- (d)在取得學位後，具有不少於4年的全職相關工作經驗。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 [see Note] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
- (d)At least four years' post-degree full time relevant experience.

政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
