Assistant Programme Officer in Graphic Design/Animation (Animation)
總薪級表第14點（每月港幣25,505元）至總薪級表第27點（每月港幣47,235元）
職責
助理節目主任（平面設計／動畫）（動畫），主要負責 (a) 設計並製作平面及立體動畫、動態圖像，以及視覺特別效果； (b) 監控動畫設計作品的質素；及 (c) 協助執行上司指派的行政及運作事務。
(註：或需不定時工作和輪班當值，和在颱風、黑色暴雨警告及其他緊急情況下工作。）
Assistant Programme Officer in Graphic Design/Animation (Animation) is mainly deployed on (a) designing and producing 2D/3D animation, motion graphics as well as visual and special effects; (b) managing the quality of animation design productions; and (c) assisting in undertaking administrative and operational duties as assigned by supervisors.
(Note: May be required to work irregular hours and shifts; and to work during typhoons, Black Rainstorm Signal and other emergencies.)
入職條件
申請人必須：
(a) (i) 持有香港的大學所頒發學位，主修相關或有關連的學科（藝術及平面設計、數碼媒體），或具同等學歷；或
(ii) 持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審的副學士學位或獲認可的高級文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（藝術及平面設計、數碼媒體），或具同等學歷；兼具兩年與平面設計、動畫製作、多媒體傳播相關的工作經驗；或
(iii) 持有香港的專上院校頒授獲認可的文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（藝術及平面設計、數碼媒體），或具同等學歷；兼具四年與平面設計、動畫製作、多媒體傳播相關的工作經驗；或
(iv) 在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級／C級或以上成績（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科），或具同等學歷；或在香港中學文憑考試五科（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科）考獲第3級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷；兼具五年與平面設計、動畫製作、多媒體傳播相關的工作經驗；或
(v) 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績，須包括中國語文科及英國語文科，或具同等學歷；或在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，須包括中國語文科及英國語文科，或具同等學歷；兼具六年與平面設計、動畫製作、多媒體傳播相關的工作經驗；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績。
Candidates should have
(a) (i) a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree in a relevant or related discipline (Art and Graphic Design, Digital Media), or equivalent; or
(ii) an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Art and Graphic Design, Digital Media) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 2 years’ relevant experience in graphic design, animation, multimedia communication; or
(iii) an accredited diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Art and Graphic Design, Digital Media) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 4 years’ relevant experience in graphic design, animation, multimedia communication; or
(iv) Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) and Level 3/Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; or Level 3 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; and 5 years’ relevant experience in graphic design, animation, multimedia communication; or
(v) Level 2/Grade E or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE, or equivalent; or Level 2 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE, or equivalent; and 6 years’ relevant experience in graphic design, animation, multimedia communication; and
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
入職條件(註)
(1) 政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2) 政府在聘任公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級與E級的成績，在行政上會視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科分別第3級與第2級的成績。
(3) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。申請人如獲邀參加技能測試，會被安排於技能測試當日參加《基本法》知識筆試。申請人在《基本法》知識測試的表現，是評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
(4) 於職位申請截止日起計三個月內將取得訂明學歷的申請人，亦可申請。申請人需圓滿考獲所要求學術資格方獲考慮聘任。
(5) 申請人須技能測試合格，方獲進一步考慮。
(6) 申請人出席招聘面試，須於事前或事後提供文件證明其具備相關學歷和經驗。
(7) 申請人如已修讀並完成本地大學或專上院校所開辦與動畫製作或多媒體設計相關的學科，或具同等學歷，請在申請表格G.F. 340 (Rev.3/2013)第A(II)部份「就學詳情」一欄清楚列明所修讀科目。
(8) 申請人如曾在媒體機構工作而獲得與動畫製作或多媒體設計相關的工作經驗，或具備使用Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator或After Effect的技能，請在申請表格G.F. 340 (Rev.3/2013) 「就業詳情」一欄清楚註明機構業務性質及申請人的工作性質。
