職責
(1) 協助消防處招聘、訓練及考試組:
(i) 與本地學校、非政府組織及其他人士/機構合作,籌辦和推行招聘宣傳活動;
(ii) 為本地的非華裔人士提供與事業發展和招聘事宜相關的支援和指引;
(iii) 舉辦推廣文化敏感度的活動和節目;以及
(iv) 擬備宣傳和推廣物品,包括海報、單張和影片,以及在有關消防處工作及招聘事宜的研討會/簡介會和為非華裔人士舉辦的相關活動/培訓工作坊現場提供後勤支援;以及
(2) 執行上司指派的任何職務。

(1) To assist the Recruitment, Training and Examination Group of Fire Services Department (FSD) in:
(i) organising and implementing recruitment related publicity in collaboration with local schools, non-governmental organisations and other parties / organisations;
(ii) providing support and guidance to local Non-ethnic Chinese (NECs) on career development and recruitment related matters;
(iii) conducting activities and programmes for promotion of cultural sensitivity; and
(iv) preparing publicity and promotion materials such as posters, leaflets and videos and providing on-site logistic support to seminars / briefing on the work and recruitment of the FSD and the related activities / training workshops for NECs; and
(2) To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

The candidate should -
(1) (i) have Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or
(ii) have Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent;
(2) meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
(3) be able to communicate effectively in English or Chinese;
(4) be proficient in at least one of the following South Asian Languages, i.e. Bahasa Indonesia, Nepali, Urdu, Punjabi, Tagalog, Thai, Hindi and Vietnamese (Note 4), in written and spoken forms;
(5) be proficient in computer applications including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and
(6) be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Note 1: For appointment purpose, “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE.
Note 2: The five subjects may include Chinese Language and English Language.
Note 3: For appointment purpose, Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth. Grade D in Chinese Language and English Language in International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) / General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) / General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level)(GCE O Level) are accepted as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language respectively in the HKDSEE / HKCEE.
Note 4: Candidates are requested to indicate in the section under "Professional Qualifications" on the application form [G.F. 340 (Rev. 3/2013)], which language(s) they are proficient to. Candidates fail to provide sufficient information on the application form will not be considered.
Note 5: Candidates having knowledge of using graphic design and video editing software, or possessing at least one year relevant full-time / part-time working experience will be an advantage.
