職責
獲取錄的申請人會獲指派到土木工程拓展署的指定辦事處，並主要獲調派執行以下職務：
(a) 進行突擊工地安全審計及評估，以監察承建商的表現；
(b) 就提升安全措施提供建議，並就事故調查報告、施工說明書、與施工、健康、安全和環境保護有關的風險評估及有關的提交文件提出意見；
(c) 協助籌辦安全推廣活動；以及
(d) 執行與施工、健康、安全和環境保護有關的其他職務。

Successful candidate(s) will be assigned to specific offices of the Civil Engineering and Development Department and mainly be deployed to perform the following duties:
(a) To conduct surprise site safety audits and assessments for monitoring contractor’s performance;
(b) To advise on safety enhancement measures and comment on accident investigation reports, method statement, risk assessment and submissions related to construction, health, safety and environmental protection;
(c) To assist in organising safety promotional activities; and
(d) To perform other relevant duties related to construction, health, safety and environmental protection.

入職條件

(a) 持有本港高等院校頒授的學士學位，並主修以下學科，或具同等學歷：
- 相關工程界別，例如機械工程、製造工程、工業工程、電機工程、屋宇裝備工程、結構工程、土木工程、電子工程或化學工程；或
- 建築科技或化學科技；或
- 應用化學、應用物理、科學或材料科學；
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科均考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷[註(1)]；
(c) 能操流利廣東話；
(d) 已根據《工廠及工業經營(安全主任及安全督導員)規例》註冊為註冊安全主任；
(e) 在取得學位後，具備不少於三年相關工作經驗；以及
(f) 具備工務工程項目工地工作經驗者會獲優先考慮。

The candidate should-
(a) have a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in:
- Engineering of a relevant discipline such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Building Services, Structural, Civil, Electronic or Chemical Engineering; or
- Building, or Chemical Technology; or
- Applied Chemistry, Applied Physics, Science or Material Science
from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent;
(b) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [see Note (1)];
(c) speak fluent Cantonese;
(d) have registered as a registered safety officer under Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors) Regulations;
(e) have at least a total of three years’ relevant post-degree experience; and
(f) have site experiences in public works projects are preferable.

(1) 政府在聘任非公務員合約僱員時，2007年前香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
