職責
(a) 管理 Domino伺服器及支援IBM Notes;
(b) 管理及提供技術支援予Andriod和iOS流動裝置;
(c) 監察各個系統的運作;
(d) 為資訊系統及資訊科技設備提供故障檢修、支援及保養服務;
(e) 推行資訊科技計劃;
(f) 制訂資訊科技方案,以改善事務運作;
(g) 收集用戶需求資料,並擬備需求規格及工件簡介;
(h) 評審電腦硬件、軟件及資訊科技服務的採購建議;
(i) 監察所提供的服務,並協助進行驗收測試;
(j) 編製使用手冊,並為終端用戶提供培訓;
(k) 為用戶提供現場及遙距支援服務;
(l) 提供硬件及軟件安裝服務;
(m) 監察電腦場地準備工作;
(n) 保存最新及準確的庫存記錄。
(註:合約助理資訊科技主任可能須不定時工作。)
(a) System administration of Domino servers and support of IBM Notes;

(d) Providing troubleshooting, support and maintenance services for information systems and IT equipment;
(e) Implementing IT projects;
(f) Formulating IT solutions to improve business operation;
(g) Collecting requirements and preparing requirement specifications and assignment briefs;
(h) Evaluating proposals for the procurement of computer hardware, software and IT services;
(i) Monitoring service delivery and assisting in acceptance test;
(j) Preparing user guides and providing training to end-users;
(k) Providing on-site and off-site support services to users;
(l) Providing hardware and software installation services;
(m) Monitoring of site preparation; and
(n) Keeping track of inventory records.
(Note: Contract Assistant Information Technology Officer may be required to work irregular hours.)
入職條件
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的資訊科技或電腦科學學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 取得上述學歷後,具有最少兩年有關伺服器管理、推行資訊科技計劃、系統維修、文件編製及用戶培訓的經驗;
(c) 對MS Windows (2000/XP/Vista/7)、Windows 2000/2003/2008伺服器及其群組技術、SAN、Miscrosft AD、Cisco WiFi設備、IPv6、DNS、DHCP、GroupPolicy、Microsoft WSUS、防毒軟件功能以及業界的最佳資訊科技保安措施有實際經驗和相當的認識;
(d) 對設施管理、電腦場地準備工作、TCPIP網絡以及領導/督導團隊有認識和經驗;
(e) 具備良好的客戶服務技巧、人際關係技巧及分析能力;
(f) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科達第2等級或以上成績,或具備同等學歷[註:就聘任非公務員合約僱員而言,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)E級的成績,在行政上會視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科第2等級的成績];及
(g) 如持有CLS/CLP、MCP/MCSE、CCNA/CCNP、CCSA NGX、CISSP等業界證書其中兩項或以上,或具備政府辦公室自動化方案(包括機密郵件系統)、資訊科技保安管理以及運用現代資訊科技發展和操作大型而複雜電腦系統及網絡的專業知識,可獲優先考慮。
(a) A Hong Kong degree in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science, or equivalent;
(b) At least 2 years’ post-qualification IT experience in server administration, IT project implementation, maintenance, documentation, and user training;
(c) Hands-on experience and solid knowledge in MS Windows (2000/XP/Vista/7). Windows 2000/2003/2008 servers and its clustering technology, SAN, Microsoft AD, Cisco WiFi equipment, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft WSUS, antivirus software, and industrial best practices of IT security;
(d) Knowledge and experience in facility management, site preparation and TCPIP network and team leading/supervision;
(e) Good customer service, interpersonal and analytical skills;
(f) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE in 2007 and henceforth]; and
(g) Candidates with two or more of the following industry certifications: CLS/CLP, MCP/MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, CCSA NGX, CISSP or with technical expertise in Government office automation solutions including Confidential Mail System, IT security management and the development and operation of large and complex computer systems and networks using current information technology will have an advantage.
