負責(a)為電台節目搜集資料、撰寫稿件及與外界聯絡；(b)處理直播及錄音節目；(c)協助製作大型活動／宣傳活動(例如頒獎禮、論壇、研討會和綜藝節目)；(d)協助多媒體製作；(e)擬備合約及處理繳費的工作；(f)收集並分析統計資料；(g)進行並協調招聘工作；以及(h)執行上司指派的各項行政職務。(註：受聘人或須不定時工作。)
職責
Being responsible for
- (a)conducting research, writing scripts and liaising with outside parties for radio programme production;
- (b)handling live and recording programmes;
- (c)assisting in the production of large-scale / promotional activities such as awards presentations, forums, seminars, variety shows;
- (d)producing multimedia materials;
- (e)preparing contracts and processing payments;
- (f)collecting and analyzing statistical information;
- (g)conducting and coordinating recruitment exercises; and
- (h)performing various administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
Note:
The post-holder may be required to work irregular hours.

- (i)持有香港的大學所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；並具有一年與廣播、媒體、傳訊、公共關係、社工或公共行政相關的工作經驗[請參閱註(1)]；或 <br>
- (ii)持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審獲認可的副學士學位或高級文憑，或具備同等學歷；並具有兩年與廣播、媒體、傳訊、公共關係、社工或公共行政相關的工作經驗；及 <br>
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[請參閱註
- (2)]。 <br> <br>申請人如具 – <br>
- (i)良好廣播聲線； <br>
- (ii)多媒體製作經驗； <br>
- (iii)舞台表演經驗； <br>
- (iv)有關文化事務知識； <br>
- (v)有關政府採購程序及《僱傭條例》知識; 及／或 <br>
- (vi)電腦操作知識，包括Final cut-pro、微軟Word、Excel、Powerpoint及中文文字處理 <br>則更為理想。
Candidates should have – <br>
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; and 1 year’s relevant work experience in broadcasting, mass media, communication, public relations, social work or public administration [See note (1)]; OR <br>
- (ii)an accredited Higher Diploma or an accredited Associate Degree, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 2 years’ relevant work experience in broadcasting, mass media, communication, public relations, social work or public administration; AND <br>
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See note (2)]. <br> <br>Candidates who possess - <br>
- (i)good broadcasting voice; <br>
- (ii)experience in multi-media production; <br>
- (iii)experience in stage performances; <br>
- (iv)knowledge in cultural issues; <br>
- (v)knowledge in government procurement procedures and Employment Ordinance; and/or <br>
- (vi)knowledge in computer operations in Final cut-pro, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing <br>will have an advantage.
